Not up to the mark. There were no towels and soap, when we asked they responded after 2-3 hours. Food was costly but view was amazing.

Nice hotel in Munsyari. I think this is the only good accommodation you can get in Munsyari. We spent 2 nights there in Dec 2014 and it was great experience. Food is good. You have to get hot water in buckets in winter due to irregular electricity supply.

Not worth the money. There are many more hotels with far better view. No TV service, reception staff very rude, rooms not prepared properly in advance. Basically a total no no.

View from the hotel is amazing as you can see the panchachuli range from all the rooms . Chef named sonu is very good cook. All the employees including the manager are very helpful and understanding. You can do the bonfire as well but it will be chargeable. The only drawback is that they provide only one heater that to a single rod heater and considering the weather its not sufficient.

Worst Experience. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.They are very unprofessional. They will asked you to pay the full tariff in advance including taxes. But they are not willing to provide you the bill or invoice. I feel this is fraudulent act and should not be indulged.Nothing is good about this hotel except the mountain view. Foods are extremely costly. They will charge you Rs120 just for a piece of onion. So be aware before booking this place.

A clean basic hotel with breathtaking views of the greater Himalayan peaks visible from Munsiyari .Each room has perfect unhindered view of all the peaks.The hotel has modest common area facilities but the kitchen staff is exceptionally gifted, the food is awesome.Having fresh hot breakfast sitting outside, overlooking the stupendous mountain view is an experience that stays with you for long.Basant, and team ensured we had an excellent off site lunch alongside the river.Difficult to swing it with modest resources available but he single handedly pulled it off with elan.

This is the view from this hotels room. Overall experience was good, please carry your toiletries if you are specific about it. Also card payment options may not work at time due to network issues. Food was ok, but availability of warm water to bath is an issue that we faced that too in December last week.

Perfect place to see the sunrise from behind the hills.Very courteous and committed staff who keeps you in comfort and makes you feel at home in such demanding weather and terrain conditions of Munsiyari. Sets the hotel apart.Food was prepared fresh and served hot at -1°C. Neat and clean kitchen. Before starting the kitchen, they do dhoop-batti and offer prayers.Brijeshs (one of the housekeeping staff who took care of us) commitment to the guests truly sets standards of dedication. I hope is he well taken care of by the hotel owner.

They have huge Windows to give you full view of Panchachuli, rooms were spacious too. Staff was good and food was amazing, once you place an order, they take time to prepare and serve it to you, which I liked the most. I dont care how much time it takes but I always want my food to be hot and fresh. Staff told me that they only cook what was ordered, no wastage... very good 👍

Be Aware before booking this place. This is Drunkers den. People come at night, they booze, throw tanturms, talk loudly, shout, play misic till 2pm and dance. It is not a peaceful stay there. The staffs are worthless and cannot control anything.Foods are highly overpriced. They just charge Rs120 for a piece onion (Not salad, just a piece of onion).

The Hotel is located at a very good location offering clear view of the Himalayan range. The room service is excellent and the staff is very courteous. The food is tasty but a bit on higher price but given the remoteness of the place the menu options are a plenty.The rooms themselves are basic but spacious and hot water is available. The view are just mesmerizing Nd so is the M place. Overall its a very good stay. They also provide taxi services and we came across a guide for treks in the region.

Place is with a great view of pancha chuli peaks. I could see the view just by sliding the curtains. The service was also great considering the crowd in the hotel. Couple of things which I didnt like( that is why one point less): 1. WiFi was not available and network was bad, but that is manageable considering the village environment. 2. Hotel building structure is not suitable for a cold place like munsiyari. No wooden roof or cold proof wall.heater is necessary in winter and was not that great and not heated bed available.Otherwise the stay was great!

Absolutely horrible experience first up. Hotel advertises that wifi is available and its been disconnected! When the Manager - Vipin - was called, he started arguing that everyone is told in advance about poor wifi. When asked to send the communication about this, he turned rude and asked us to go somewhere else! Would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Overall a well managed hotel, my room had entire floor covered with thick carpet, which helped to keep the room walkable as it was blocking the cold from the floor. The view from my room was spectacular as can be seen in the photos i uploaded. the check out time is 10am instead of 12pm as mentioned. Food was good too, so as the staff behaviour.Only thing which should be better is the hot water flow in washroom taps. though geyser was there but the water flow was too slow to use it.Room was cozy, have beautiful view from the room itself.

The room was almost good. There was sufficient light coming out from the glass panes to remove the moisture from the room. Although one of the wall was still having the moisture problem. The room offered a great view of the Panchachuli peaks. Every room had an individual balcony that offered a great view as well as a place to take sunbathe. Washroom was good and offered sufficient amenities. The service was outstanding. Well mannered staff. Food quality was great. Order taking and delivering was excellent. Allover I think it is the best option in Munsiyari.The behaviour of the staff was excellent that made a great impact on each of us. It made our family trip memorable. Thanks Hotel Milam Inn.

The most close up and spectacular view of Himalayas and nanda devi range is offered from this hotel. Caretaker is very humble and polite. Going off season will save you some extra bucks and give you an amazing view of sunrise and sunset.

This is the Best place to stay.Their food is also amazing... order anything and it will.be delicious.All the rooms have exactly same view. But I recommend to Deluxe Rooms as they will have a lawn instead of a balcony.  All the staff are extremely helpful with a smile.Loved my stay here..

Amazing view of Munsiyari from my room. I had stayed one night at hotel Milan Inn. But sorry to say I was little bit suffered for lake of hot water, Dishes was good and mouth watering. specialy morning breakfast in hotel lobby with amazing view of Munsiyari. in one word its OK. not so good not so bad.

It is indeed the best hotel in Munsiyari. In Munsiyari, you would not find any hotel above 2 star, and this hotel had almost everything which is required in a hill hotel. It has a spectacular view, from room itself, delicious food, parking space, clean and cozy rooms, and open area to enjoy sun in cold. It was a nice stay.

Just an awesome experience!!!!. the best part was that all the rooms had a glass wall facing the mighty Himalayan range. All you do is just draw the curtains and stare into the Panchachuli peaks standing tall, just an arms length from you.the prompt room service and tasty food served made our stay even Wonderfulllll!! :)

I stayed at Milam when I was holidaying in October a couple of years back.Let me tell this to you, Milam is the best if you want excellent hospitality and a beautiful view right from your room. The staff there were so friendly that they treated us very well as if we knew them since a long time. The hospitality and hygiene factor is very well maintained at this place. The food served is also very tasty and adequate, not unlike elsewhere.Im definitely making this place my first priority to stay once am there in Munsiyari.

Place is awesome, rooms are need, clean and spacious.Service is good and surrounding is great.Just one drawback, the contact number provided at the time of booking is not of hotel but of some control room in some other place. So if you need to contact hotelier you cannot talk to them for any help or assistance nearby.

A decent hotel with tasty food but the hot selling feature is the view you get from room window. You can even seat outside and keep gazing the snow covered Himalayan range in front.The staff is all happy face and they are good at what they do. They cook tasty food and the restaurant area is kept warm.Free WiFi is there but it is too weak. Plenty of parking space is available and it is located right at the Almora highway making it easy to locate.

Staff is warm, cooperative and very hospitable. Hotel is on the main road just 2-3 kms before Munsiyari hill station. The property and the furniture is old and dated. Couples who want privacy should opt for rooms on first or second floor which are in the higher price range. Basic rooms has almost no privacy, they are ok for solo or family , it has some green patch outside which is nice.

Milam Inn, Munsiyari is a very good property situated about 2 kilometers before the actual town. however, it offers the best views of Panchachuli peaks and other mountains. Sunset from this place is magical. The rooms are good with clean toilets. This place has ample parking space available. The rentals the affordable. The food is average here. In all i would recommend this place just for the views it offers.

Always my favourite and this was my second time . Was keen to book the corner room but it was not as scenic as before due to additional rooms coming up. The manager seemed quite indifferent type. The staff were very nice. The luxury rooms are no complaint rooms with heaters and electric kettles ..which are real blessing in such cold. The year end was worth the mesmerising views of panchachulli from the room itself.

One of the best hotel to stay in Munsiyari. The food here is amazing. Even if you are staying else where I would recommend to have food at this hotels restaurant. The view is equally amazing too. They have amole parking space and its right on the main road.

Most amazing hospitality, great staff and manager Mr Mehra is such a kind man. Comfortable and well equipped rooms with most beautiful balcony view. Leaving the comfort and view of room is a difficult task up there.

Rooms are big & clean, before munsyari 2 km. Bonfire available, staff are co-op. Location very best. Big mountain snow view we see.nandadevi peak, trishul & others. We are not eating food here, we stayed in March 17 snow falls full night & day. Near kalamuni temple 13 km. very fast & big size snowfall all around. Height from sea level 9000 ft.

The only good things were the view of Himalayan range from there, provided clouds are not there and The help and good behavior of Mr Ganesh and the manager of the place. Linen, toilet, eating arrangements and timings, cleanliness all these need great deal of improvement

The best hotel in Munsiyari, its one and half kilometres before main market, all rooms are mount facing, very tasty food, staffs are very good , clean rooms, WiFi available, huge parking lot.

Location and view excellent especially from top floor rooms. Smog, forest fire, clouds, mist, pollution can spoil the view. If clear, sun rise is great to view from the room. Start watching from 04:30 AM in the month of May / June.
