A perfect place to enjoy the beauty of nature. the age-old trees remainds us the past history. It houses a museum where we can know about the features of Botanical gardens. A joy train is there where adults compete with children to have a jolly ride.

I got this room for INR1200 whereas the tariff shows 2000 for the same room but it deserves none. Though the staffs are helpful but the room might give you a scare with excess insects, blankets with numerous holes and a depressing bathroom with loose sanitary fittings. .The location seems to be very good in maps but on personal experience there is no impressive view from hotel rooms which nearly all hotels in Munnar have. Also its situated in a deserted lane in the main town with low hustle bustle which may not be very exciting for travelers as they need to cross a scarcely populated street with a very bad odour to get to the heart of city. The restaurant serves pure halal food, so it accomodates the religious beliefs of many.Since getting a hotel in main town is quite tough, I would say its position is only the upfront .

It is known as Dreamland Adventure & Fun Park , Spice Garden etc.It is situated 12/15kms away from Munnar Town in Anachal, Chithiapuram. Drive to the park through picturesque tea garden & spice gardens is quite enjoyable. The entry into the park is by entry tickets & the price is Rs 1000/= which is bit on the higher side especially for the old people & Senior Citizens who may not avail the free rides though OK for the kids & young persons. The walk around amongst the tea gardens coffee plantations spices gardens are rejuvenating. Overall a very good place to spend the day.

While we enjoyed the fun adventure activities, the staff is limited and saftey gears too are limited. With the amount they charge per activity I am sure they can afford enough safety gears. Nevertheless Nice Timepass!!

Munnar is a hill station on the Western Ghats, a range of mountains situated in the Idukki district of the Indian state of Kerala. The name Munnar is believed to mean three rivers, referring to the towns strategic location at the confluence of the Madhurapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers. Munnar town is in Kannan Devan Hills ( KDH ) Village in Devikulam taluk and is the largest panchayat in the Idukki district having an area measuring nearly 557 km². The nearest major railway stations are at Ernakulam and Aluva (approximately 140 kilometres (87 mi) by road). The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport, which is 105 kilometres (65 mi) away. Most of the native flora and fauna of Munnar have disappeared due to severe habitat fragmentation resultant from the creation of the plantations. However, some species continue to survive and thrive in several protected areas nearby, including the new Kurinjimala Sanctuary to the east, the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, Manjampatti Valley and the Amaravati reserve forest of Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary to the north east, the Eravikulam National Park and Anamudi Shola National Park to the north, the Pampadum Shola National Park to the south and the proposed Palani Hills National Park to the east. These protected areas are especially known for several threatened and endemic species including Nilgiri Thar, the Grizzled Giant Squirrel, the Nilgiri Wood-pigeon, Elephant, the Gaur, the Nilgiri langur, the Sambar, and the Neelakurinji (that blossoms only once in twelve years).

Hii had visited this place (29-Dec-2014) and took high rides (4 Rides) for 500Rs and i was the only person in that venue. No one else were there. It was really boring and the guide was not friendly, later i discovered that he didnt give me a protective gloves and hands got swelled & and i didnt enjoy at all. This would be One of the worst way to spend your money. I would personally suggest others to not go. instead visit some good places like Eravikulam National Park.
