Booked 2 rooms, on 31/01/2021 to 01/02/2021cons. first up all there is no parking area. u have to leave the vehicle on road side, just in front of hotelcleanliness: average. but I can tell abv average among the other budget hotels in munnar townambience: u r in middle of town. can feel the town down, rooms are tidy enough but toilets need to be maintain well(fitting are broken) there is no complimentary bathroom essentials. no room service or there is no way of communication to front desk or housekeeping.. intercom telephone removed. linen bedsheets.. doesnt give a fresh feeling.. need a good laundry. pros:middle of town, access to all nearby place of interest. good place if you wanna shopping in munnar or having a dine out.we stayed in 3rd floor which good view of surrounding. staff are very polite and helping.. we booked two rooms. unfortunately forget to mark occupancy as 2 person per room in the time of booking. up on arrival front office allowed us by charging extra per person. as we dont have time to argue we agreed our mistake and paid the 2nd occupant as extra.

Hotel is very good. Location is prime. Situated in main tourist market . Staff is good. But currently they are not giving room service due to covid guidelines. But overall good place to stay. Room are big. Washrooms are also clean and big sizes. But dont have parking place. They parked your vehicle in front of thier hotel by road side. But govt parking site is near by hotel.

It is in market so easy to find out. market, bus stop & taxi stands are at walkable distance.Staff arranged sightseeing cab on our request at cheaper price.only problem we faced was hot water pressure at morning. Market and transport is accessible, which is important thing in family stay

A very decent place to have food with a good ambiance. We had most of the dosa verity and aapam. The food tastes good and the service is also fine. They have reasonably number of items to explore.

This is a nice place to stay. There is restaurant just below which provides decent food. The staff is good as he provided me with a yoga mat when requested. It is located in a central area. I will recommend it for its nice location . The is no lift if you are staying at the higher floor.

It was ok. The man who checked us in didnt say hello or anything which was strange and not very welcoming at all. He asked for our passports but that was it. We were helped with carrying out bags up to the room though which was nice. The room could have been cleaner but it was spacious and we were in a good location. The man who originally checked us in, although not friendly at first, did let us leave our bags in his office for the day which was kind of him. Could have been better, could have been worse.

Pros:Easily accessible, Its in munnar town itself. No food available, but outside you have many options nearby. Hospitality was very nice. good room. Cons:Car parking is an issue, somehow they managed to provide meA/C and WiFi was listed in my bookings but couldnt find. Its a budget hotel.....so for 1 day it is good but honest review is that Rooms are not upto the expectations.... bathrooms are clean but small......showers lever came up in my hands while turning...... dont opt for breakfast......... restaurant is just below so while cooking is going on all its spicy smells can gives u allergy......BUT the important positive point of this hotel is that it is in the center of munnar town.....

They have 500 rooms. Their service is so appreciative than other hotels in munnar. When i go to munnar again i will stay there only.

Hotel is centrally located and all easily accessible. Hotel manger helped us via phone to get cab and other trip related information. You can get restaurant, cabs, ATMs, medical shops and chocolate shops in the surrounding of hotel. staff is also helpful. overall very decent stay.

Best place to be in munnar if u are a night roaming lover, u may get a good quality hotels in some different area but to compromise some what in room is better bcoz it is in main market area so compare to other area this area is more available in night.

It was one of the worst experiences ever we had in our life.. Rooms and Services was below below par.They didnt have normal bath kit and when asked for towel the answer we got that all rooms are full so we dont have extra towels.. Are you kidding me?Even now a days dharmashala have better rooms than this hotel rooms.. Guys stay awayAnother bad thing is around hotel there are so many non veg stalls so you always get bad smell around..So pure veg people dont even think for this hotel.I wish I could given a 0 star to this property.

We had booked 3 rooms for couple of days and had an amazing stay. This hotel is situated in the heart of Munnar and had an awesome place to stay. The rooms were so spacious. It also had a view of beautiful river. The staffs behavior was good and very co_operative. Overall this was a comfortable and luxurious stay at a budget price.

Old construction,badly needed maintenance, no elevator stiff stairs, smelly washroom due to exhaust fan not functioning, for hot water needed to wait years. Not worth for money. Only good thing is prime locality.

Munnar Inn hotel is very near to bus stop and also to main city. Rooms are very neat and staff are cooperative. Quite economical hotel as far as hotel charges are concerned. Its having restaurant also.

Average or good hotel in munnar , i booked through oyo. Advantage is it is in munnar town you can move all locations of munnar from here.have heater in bathroom,have breakfast, clean, overall not bad .

The hotel is at very good location as it is in the main bazar adjoining to the bus srand. Many food joints near to the hotel. No food, tea etc. Are supplied. Cleanliness is the issue. There is no lift in the hotel and the hotel is having 4 floors. Problem for the elderly peoples.

Thanks Team Munnar Inn.Cons : 1. Parking : Zero. One needs to park their vehicle on road side exposed to public. Not safe at all.2. Restaurant : While our visit it was shut down for maintenance. May not be the same in future.3. Amenities : No play area for kids4. Fire Exit Emergency Door was locked. We tried to open expecting it to be a balcony, but didnt. Later only came to know that its a Fire Exit Emergency door and got shocked knowing it as locked.Keeping everything aside,I will definitely go to Munnar Inn again considering its location and friendly staff. Please arrange some parking space for your customers vehicles. You guys will excel. Thanks

Munnar Inn is a good place to stay in when visiting munnar. The hotel is at a prime location, easy to locate. The Service was nice. The food was good as well. All in all its a good place to stay in with or without family.

Hotel is available in main town. Rooms are spacious and clean.staff is friendly. But rooms interior design is not modern. It looks to be a old hotel.

It was my first time in MUNNAR and we were there for only a day to be honest if ur going for a long trip to MUNNAR get another hotel because room service is poor food is very poor not at all fresh the restaurant in the hotel looks fancy but not clean the only thing which was good in the hotel was the rooms thats it

Its located in the exact center but the main issue weve faced is...we booked it online and we had to pay 2700 per night which pretty over priced for that room.And the other thing is theres no lift and the steps are too steep. Check various websites before booking that because you shouldnt be paying not more that 2000 for that room.
