It is 6 to 8 km away from munnar town and small hotel ,but very neat and clean room. Good service and calm atmosphere.

The staffs in the hotel are good. Restaurant is also good. But food needs some improvement. if possible there may be some settings in the balcony which will attract everyone. Location of the hotel. And restaurant is also enjoyable for couples.

I wanted to write this review just to appreciate their service. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The staff instantly responds to our problems at any time and were very polite as well.The cook at their restaurant was very kind and would positively respond to the feedback given by us and made sure the food was prepared according to our taste.I would definitely recommend others to stay at Pine Tree if they happen to visit Munnar. You would definitely appreciate their service.

It was a great stay in pine tree. The staffs were very generous. Hot food was served whenever asked. Food was really tasty. Rooms were available at feasible costs.

This hotel is not in Munnar toun but we can reach there within 15 min. The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed stay at this hotel.

This is the best hotel experience of my lifetime. I have never thought that in munnar I would get a reasonable priced hotel room.Mr Johnson the man of the hotel has been very kind and provided good idea and information about their hotel and tourism plan.This was so amazing that even driver Nawshad was so helpful and assistant that we never were left out or had any hassle walk towards cab all the time.All I can say best Hotel and tourism.Go get here.

A clean and well maintained hotel.. Roads towards the hotel was under maintenance.. and its 6 km above the Munnar Town..

It was at decent place. A bit far from the city which is a good thing as there was no honking, and pollution. Soroundings - The soroundings is also nice. You can take a morning walk to any tea garden. Room - Room was great with a nice balcony.Food - Food is little high in price but you can understand that the location is up on the hill so it has to be costly. Restaurant and room service - There was restaurant in the top floor with a nice view. You can eat there or you can easily call the room service. The service was good and quick service at your doorstep. Safe and Secure. The hotel stuff was well mannered.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were good too.For dinner, we had to order at the restaurant and only then the food was prepared. So it takes quite a bit of time. Number of guests were very low when we stayed there. That could be the reason this is done. Complimentary breakfast was good too with good variety. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

One star less for the beds not comfortable. Rest everything is good. The Managers/receptionists are energetic youngsters and solve the problems quickly. The best part i liked was the old person (maybe hotel watchmen), he explained entire room with hot water and cold water bath.

Tidy place and friendly staff offering good service. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. House keeping was responsive. We felt the dinner buffet was expensive at Rs 250 for a very small menu. Also the location is a bit far from town. Otherwise 5 stars for this Hotel!

Very nice location. Fantastic view from balcony. All staffs are very cordial, helpful, decent & lovable. Food was good specially the complimentary breakfast they provide. One name I must mention, thats Ashwin. He was readily available all time to meet all our needs. Very nice guy. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone.

We family of 6 persons stayed at 2 rooms at Hotel Pine Tree. Hotel is 6kms outside Proper Munnar. Thats actually good to have peace of mind. Rooms are very good. Food is very good and tasty. Hotel staff are very hospitable. Restaurant staff are excellent. Morning breakfast buffet is also very good.

Munnar is a town in the Western Ghats mountain range in India’s Kerala state. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, its surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak.

Its a newly built place so its very neat and clean. But the biggest problem youll face here is its location as its around 8 KMs (30 Minutes drive one side) and there is NO MOBILE NETWORK available here except BSNL. So think twice before booking a room here. We spent 2 days here all diverted from the main land Munnar though there is Wifi available here in hotel. The food is not so good here and you cant find any good options near to the hotel for veg /non veg plus you cant travel out to any place after 7 PM from here so its make it more worse.

I had stayed @ Pine Tree with my family during our holiday trip to Munnar. Facility & Room were good. Especially the cleanliness of room, wash room, restaurant etc. But the bed size was a double bed and not fit for a family with 2 Adults+ 2 kids.. I had taken an additional bed which was charged @ Rs ** per night. Expected only between **. I suggest King size bed for families.Except this, we were fully satisfied with the stay...Thanks for the hospitality,Mukesh

Good stay hotel near Munnar. But there is no specific places to visit nearby only greenery and mountains with less people is there. Its in Devikulam so if you want to roam around in morning or evening you can have the view of mountains and tea gardens nearby. For famous places you need to go to Munnar that is around 7km from this hotel. All in all hotel is good, neat and clean. To eat you need to rely completely on this hotel restaurant where food is costly and they provide complimentary breakfast which is ok-ok.

All together a fine stay. We were couple travellers and had a good stay. Location had an easy access to the places we wanted to go. Parking facility is available. Hotel price is affordable also. I suggest this hotel to family and couple travellers.

Clean rooms...! Good for the price. Room service is great. Very helpful people. But never order food from there. Food is worst. The chicken curry we ordered was tasting like something else. Gobi manchurian was the worst. Expensive food but good for nothing.

This is just 15 mins away from Munnar Main town and you can feel a splendid silence with easy access to main town by staying in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. However its a very ordinary road side hotel. It doesnt have any campus of its own. Lots of noise from vehicles running on the road. No lift, no exaust fans at bathrooms, obviously no a/c. Rooms are not big. They provide queen size (5x7) in a double beds. Interior is very bad, if you open the door, your bed is directly visible.Hot water available all the time. Foods are good.

Lack of mobile network however hotel provides wifi thats limited bandwidth. A view from outside the hotel is awesome. Food was delicious and price was reasonable. Room service will be provided. Rooms were clean n well managed. All network channels was available to watch TV. There was no emergency medicines during my visit. The shops around hotel will be closed by 9 o clock due to mist n cold. The climate was 15degree during my visit. Plan with some basic medicines to avoid cough n cold u cannot predict climate. Overall pinetree is good hotel to accommodate.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind and warm and welcoming. They made our stay. Thank you to them! All the staff were great, including the multi tasking porter, room service, housekeeping, waiter guy! Wifi was good. Restaurant was also good. Only small grumble would be that the hotel was quite cold, so having come from temperatures of 30 degrees then down to approx 16 in Munnar, it was a shock. Needed to sleep in joggers and sweater and use the blankets. They could improve by adding heating. Other than that, hotel is excellent and would recommend. Again, its the people who make the difference and the staff here were excellent. They couldnt do enough to help us!

Hi, this hotel is located at devikulam, Munnar. You can locate this property by Google maps. The check-in and check-out was pretty smooth. The receptionist man was so awesome. He guided us to which spots are must see places in and around Munnar. The rooms are really nice and well maintained. All the staffs are courteous and kind. They helped us carry out luggages to our room since we had to go through stairs. The restaurant was in 3rd floor. The chef was really great. Which ever dish he made was really nice. There were shops near by for getting bisleri water, oil, medicines, etc. We had a complementary breakfast which was too good. Every day before we leave, we use to hand over the keys to the receptionist and they would clean the room, provide water bottles and toiletries daily. The view from this place was also nice. The place was quite and nice.

The wash room closet was broken also the wash basin pipe. The blanket was torned and dirty. The celieng and rooms walls were dirty.. Also the room was very small since i have paid for sugar pane category.They gave me a dirty room on that hotel. Not worth for money.

Hotel location is just on the road. Its the advantage and disadvantage because you may not get a good view from the balcony. You will see people and vehicles moving just outside the hotel. However, there are lot of shops around. Food is good and the mountain view from the dining area is good too. No complaints on cleanliness and service quality. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only one note - the restroom in one of the room we stayed is bit small. Overall highly satisfied. Will definitely suggest to friends and families.

Excellent service and well maintained hotel. we reached around 11.30 pm in the night and they arrange dinner at that time which demonstrated their care for guests. i have mentioned that there going to be 3 occupants and bed size was smaller. Rest everything was excellent. Please have alternate arrangement of phone as only BSNL functioning in Devikulum

Nice stay. We checked in by 10.30 and we were so tired, there was no much time taken for check-in. Staffs were so polite and very helpful. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean, location of the resort is ideal and visible from the road.Points for improvement; 1. Food taste must be improved. 2. Rooms were not cleaned after informing in 2nd and 3rd day of stay which was bit disappointing.

Service was good, but rooms were not maintained well. Bed linen had stains, no toiletries were kept in bathroom but when I asked for it, they changed the linen and provided toiletries. Internet connectivity was intermittent. Breakfast was ok. Overall, For a one night stay with budget in mind, you can stay here. Front desk was helpful in providing guidance for the sight seeing.
