Sree Vikramundeswaram temple is located nearly 700 metres away from Mundur Koottupatha towards north. Its location is beautiful with a temple pond nearby, paddy fields and the mountains.Lord Siva is the main deity. Lord Mahavishnu is also has the same importance and has a separate sanctum. Both the gods are facing the west where there is a very small temple pond. Entrance to the temple is in the east. The temple comes under Devaswom Board.Thiruvona Oottu is special to this temple. Devotees can sponsor this paying prescribed amount. Parking of vehicles is possible near the compound walls at east and north.
