Not even once in my lifetime I have thought of some food to be as worthless as this. We went for a buffet on sunday afternoon and we were welcomed with the worst possible food and service out there. First of all, the ambience and interior was the first let down. Form a Fern youd expect a great experience but what we got was not even average, it was straight out the feeling of any average restaurant in a small town where you would pay not even 200 rs per person. The lights were out, the central AC was not working properly so the cooling was not proper, and then we got the food. That was absolutely terrible. You would find better food in a local village dhaba, yes, you read that right, it was literally that bad. In addition to that, whenever an item is finished, you gotta wait for at least half an hour for it to get re-filled. The starters, the main course, the dessert, you name it, everything was tremendously awful. The water had some kind of strange particles in it, the bill they gave to us in the end belonged to someone else......I dont even have enough words how careless they were and how terrible the experience was. And the worst part about it is that they charge you 800 rs plus taxes for that awful mess. I would, without an ounce of hesitation, recommend anyone a street-side dhaba food for 100 rs/person over this.

Good place, conveniently located, helpful staff, good restaurant. Rooms are warmly furnished and are very comfortable.

The Hotel, the ambience, the service, everything is top notch. But what really matters is the food. Above average food quality with below average quantity. Even the variety of offering is less as compared to any fine dine restaurant. Makes you wonder if it was a right choice paying the premium for that kinda experience.

The property itself is fabulous. Staff behavior was not appropriate for me. Food quality is good . Swimming pool was also cleaned and in good condition. Backside lawn was beautiful. Apart from staff behavior at some point all was awesome.

It was BAD.First Wifi not effective in the room. Very few TV channels - no English News channel. Was ready to pay extra but no use. Lot of talks of agreeing to doing a lot of things but no follow up response. I got frustrated and then called in for the GM or was leaving.The Air Conditioning was a killer, hardly did I sleep in the night. See the Samsung Fit bit data, it tells no tales.Compelled to stay because of Business. Not recommended for leisure anyway.In my view, they dont match up to the Fern standards.

Comparing the other star hotels, rooms are ill designed. Washroom are also clumsy. Although the stay was comfortable, but the rates are expensive comparatively. Food is good.

Staff is good and, experienced but not qualified in hospitality industry. They try but not enough, over used or old property with basics in place, its in small town and seems only option but not a good option.Wont stay here again or recommend but, if no option then no harm to sleep here.

Only business hotel in Mundra. All rooms are non smoking, so heavy smokers need to go out. Breakfast is also good. Toiletries are good, Biotique, make. Hand towels and bath towels are clean. Considering the location, The Fern hotel, Mundra is very good.

Probably the only star rated property in Mundra. Approx 60 km from Bhuj / Kandla airport.Check in is smooth, rooms are spacious and clean. Have a swimming pool, garden, gym and restro in-house. They have good option in food menu including local cuisine. Hotel has a travel desk which can be booked for pick/drop as well as local visit.No much option to visit nearby, only place is Mandvi beach approx 30 km away.Recommended for business visitors for short visit.

An Oasis amidst wilderness! A wonderful and peaceful place to stay st Mundra with all the modern amenities you expect in the city. A very responsive staff probably supported by an equally customer-friendly management. A very good restaurant with friendly staff cater to your food needs at any time. Being a remote place not many good eateries are around. We could always count on this hotel ! On the whole a wonderful place to stay.

They are following the basic sanitization and on the name of this charging you extraordinarily. I stayed in Fortune(excellent sanitization) in AMD area for 2800 bucks and in area like Mundra with the same kind of room they are charging 4000+ tax. Service is very normal not like exceptional, out of the way.

Probably the best hotel in Mundra and adjoining places, the place the quite upmarket with good (though expensive) food in its restaurant, Laziz. The cleanliness was good and staff is friendly.The location is quite good with shops and market nearby approx. 1km away.Shortcomings:1. No morning newspaper.2. Unwelcoming view from the window.3. Mini bar totally empty. Not even a chocolate for the midnight hunger cravings.4. Reception could be better.5. Restaurant waiters service could be better.

The place is on the main road and is easily identifiable in running traffic. Rooma are big well furnished. Barhrooms are also spacious and well equipped. Restaurant on the ground floor is also Good. Breakfast has lots of options including live Dosa and omelette. Staff is cooperative.

After 3 days the food quality and quantity getting worse

I find only business hotel in Mundra Village which is well connected to Adani Mundra Thermal Power plant as well as Adani Mundra Port. Hotel , Room , cleanliness , service and food is very good. We find all varieties of food with delicious test. Rates are also very reasonable. Thy are having prices excluding the breakfast this is normally not available however I recommend not to exclude the same as its worth of money. The hotel also have good cake collection you may find in photo i upload. So overall very good hotel and I recommend to stay as we enjoyed to stay there.

Visited this hotel for a business meeting. While waiting I ordered a coffee and a dish Maggie Manchurian.I loved this dish and would surely visit this hotel again to have this dish again.Superb taste... I loved it.

The ambience was good.. On a single request they could organise a good setup at the poolside within minutes.. The food was extremely delicious.. The only cons is the amount of food is quite less then it normally should be as compared to other premium restaurants..

The Hotel is Fine, but the front office staff & the management is a complete waste & un-reliable. Not at all dependable especially if you take any advice or suggestion from them. They very smoothly carry out a day light loot. We had requested them to assist us to find a taxi to CFS Mundra & they being local will be able to find us a better and economical option. Depending upon them, we took a Taxi they provided & we used it for not more than 1 Hour and all together, 20 Kms for which they charged us Rs. 3000/- + Taxes. All the Managers including the higher up are nothing but well dressed office Boys. Very Very disappointing.

Fern Residency HotelI think it is decent enough hotel in Mundra city. It serves only vegetarian local food,. It may be good for locals,. If you are visiting in Mundra,. Please dont expect too much. It is reasonably good hotel to stay as per todays Conditions.

Very well maintained at a location where very few such facilities are available. Staff of hotels are very helpful and cordial. Food is not reallly the strength of this hotel and one need to understand the tough terrain the hotel is located. overall a comfortable stay, good and clean toilet, washroom. was surprised with good cable TV / dish TV connection, most of the pay channels are available ( usually in hotels I find most of the channels are not subscribed and only few free channels are available).

Room service, Breakfast, staff support was good, but the only drawback is charging more amount of money compare to the above services.

The taste was excellent for all the veg., non-veg. and sea food preparations. Hats off to the cooks for the best their preparations. Fresh food and what more should I say? No more words.However, during some of my visits a year back I had a little dissatisfaction regarding the available choices of food varieties, however this time it was not so.Also, unlike a year ago, they are displaying all the veg. and non-veg. food right on the display table now, and you do not have to ask for available non.veg food dish separately.My family was really very happy and totally satisfied, and I am giving my best ranking for my experience yesterday. Many thanks, to very well behaved and polite staff of the Laziz restaurant of Fern Residency Mundra.

One of the best hotel in Mundra. Very well location as well as easy to approach. You will get cafe, restaurant and all the needed thing under one roof. They have maintained a decent gentry and this is the reason they are getting local crowd as well. Their dine in schemes are running on periodic basis and this helps very much to get their again and again.
