The whole procedure for reaching your seat is very poor....in case u want to see a 3D movie then u have to pay extra money for the 3D glasses....theatre performance is average....seats are fine.... cleanliness is good....they need to work a bit on their staff..and hospitality

Great movie theatre in Mundra Town. Multiplex contains 3 screens where almost every movies are being released. Quite large screen and Dolby surround sound system enhancing movie experience. Seats are comfortable and relaxed. Recommended to everyone.

If I had chance to give negative stars would give negative 5. I have had the most horrible experience ever with this location to watch a movie. Attempted twice to watch a film but was refused to get a ticket with reason given that I need to gather 10 people for the show to start had to return twice, so finally for the third time I booked my tickets via paytm and paid all the charges but while entering the cinema hall was advised to pay 30 ruppees extra non refundable deposit which is like the first time I have paid for watching a 3d movie with very poor quality glasses. The staff is really rude and the quality of service is very poor. There is nothing to eat inside big menu given but all items out of stock. I have attached a few pictures to see the kind of quality . Please be aware and take precautions for watching any movie at this location and enter at your own risk.

Washroom cleaning required continuously.. Also parking space needs to improve lots of space are unused.. Also road maintenance required besides multiplex... Lighting arrangements required in parking area..

Good but its against the ceinama act rule that they are charging extra money for 3d glasses also considering the quality of those glasses... Its never ready to use... Always unhygienic and there are finger prints on the fiber lens...

Aradhya Nova cinema is single theater in Mundra. Very good shop for a Lot of types in this apparent for child playing and gaming also. There is 3 screen so all time seats are available for various movie. Staff and services are also better here. I have also seeing movie here.

Theatre is good but sound system is very bad. I think they have to tune the sound system. I dont think they have Dolby digital sound. I feel it is normal. Inside it is clean.

They cancel a lot of shows without any prior notice. Also the management is not at all customer friendly and the staff is very rude. Since there’s no option in Mundra, people have to suffer all this and the theatre doesn’t care.

Good place at Mundra, however Im disappointed with paytm tie up. If you get tickets from ticket counter you will get tickets at cheap rates then online booking(even after cash back and other offers).. cleaning can be improved

Every thing is good a about the theatre, the only thing thats annoying is the presence of GUTKA & other chewing stuff inside the cup holders attached to the seats. It is very uncomfortable to sit with those stuffs. I have complained it to the ticket checkers but only help I got was a cleaning of those cup holds with duster but still after that it was not completely wiped off.

Not suitable for Mundra as no public on weekdays due to which most of shows are being canceled. Need to improve the number of shows and timings as it ruins the plan of people and dissatisfy them after being cancelled.Need to have competent staff.

The theatre is good but people are not at all professional... They cancel the shows anytime they want.. Moreover they dont update on bookmyshow so that people could make their plans accordingly..Also their customer service regarding booking is not satisfying..So my advice is please call before going to any show because maybe it would get cancelled when you reach there.. 😅

It is the only multiplex in Mundra. Food & snacks availability need to be improved as whatever food we asked for was not available even when it was mentioned in menu. Also sometimes the service staff deny providing food at our seats which is not fair as we being customers want food on seats for our familys comfort. Door opposite to stairs need to be opened Or sticked with a note for showing direction. One of my relative got hurt as he thought door is opened.

One and only cinema complex in mundra.. there are three theatres and all are maintained well.also you can have cooldrinks and snacks from there.And there is a good toilet room.

All the days other than sunday you will face cancelled shows. They wont pick up the call. No reliable facility to book online tickets. Only on saturday and sunday you will find the online ticket booking is available.
