I had my first meal from Bombay four years ago from here and this place is still as flawless in its cuisine and service even today. Waiters are attentive and proactive, all this without charging an extra rupee as service charge. Perfect place to take your family out for dinner.

Image restaurant in goregaon west can be a saviour for you if you want an affordable buffet. They serve you quality foods to you. They have both the iptions available- Ala Carte & Buffet. We had the buffet dinner in Image & was quite happy with the meals. Though the varities available are not that wide but they do pack some good & quality food. Desserts available are good & also the starters. Main course for Non Veg people is very less & we couldnt asko for more for this price. All over the experience was great.

They dont have much starter options for both veg and nonveg buffet. Veg buffet is ₹420 and Non veg is ₹577 including taxes. Staff and Service is nice.Biryani was not available in buffet. Pastries were also not tasty.I just loved chikoo ka halwa. It was the best amongst all items I tasted.

Went to this place yesterday....ordered one Surmai fry...n dey served me a fully rotten fish..which was smelling so bad...even my wife who doesnt eat fish said that its rotten....I am surprised how the cook and waiter didnt notice the smell...called the manager who agreed that the fish is rotten and had been stored for a long time but he did not took any action against the cook or the waiter...infact he was reluctant and said that I dont know how this happened..never gonna visit this place again...image has a very bag image on my mind now....worst place to visit.

I had given visit here 4 weeks ago... everything was nice and service which had been provided by waitors was quite nice. One thing which I dont like there that is they are running their AC machines on full swing ...I couldnt able to manage that cold tempreture.

The chicken kebabs and shorba were great, but the Hyderabadi dum biryani (chicken) wasnt up to the mark...the chicken pieces looked raw, undermarinated, undercooked...and definitely not in league with the best biryanis around. The place is nice and decent and service is satisfactory. Recommended but avoid the biryani.

I never went in because it had this feeling of an expensive looking restaurant (its the guards in the Safari suits at the entrance). However, once you enter you see a well lit restaurant with a simple decor and tables all across the floor with a white table cloth. The cutlery is neatly placed alongside a crystal vase with a purple orchid on each table. The furnishing is not new but its in good condition. The ground floor serves a-la-carte whereas upstairs you will be greeted with a buffet spread. And it does have a washroom.Food:On to my favourite part now. The food here is simply lip-smacking. Be it vegetarian or non vegetarian food you will never be disappointed. The Paneer is simply superb - with a melt in your mouth consistency. The flavors of each of the cuisine is amazing. Chinese tastes like Chinese (Desi - thats how I like it) and Tandoori or Mughlai tastes as they should (now that is important, isnt it). Chicken is nice and tender and a tandoori that you can quite conveniently cut through with your cutlery.Not to forget the buffet, the buffet for its price is excellent. Right from the chaat that greets you at the entrance, onward to the starters that come to your table, followed by the main course and a spread of desserts (Moong Dal halwa, Gulab Jamun, Assorted Pastries, Fruits, Custard and Jelly) is a delight.Service:I must admit the service here can be slow at times but the quality of food covers up for it. I have never gone to the place when I was in a rush and so I will not be the best person to comment about the pace at which they deliver. I somehow have always had a very warm greeting and the manager has always attended the table personally for a quick chat and checking if everything was going on well.
