Just within 2 months of purchasing the product, this has happened. Everything is in the screenshots provided. People, do not buy their products as they are fragile and the service provided by the company is also not all that great.

If youre purchasing Sunglasses online then please dont, their is not return of exchange policy for Sunglasses. Its a total waste of money. Also the fitting of sunglasses is not at all good, sunglasses goes above your eyebrows.

Pretty bad experience not ordering again. I ordered a pair eyeglasses, The quality is just not worth it. It was all plastic. Wont recommend. The refund policies also need to change, they charge for it.

I had ordered their signature T-shirt but seems like their stitch fit is not at all good (A poor quality stitch).On wanting to exchange, I had dropped a mail and had been trying to contact them on their call number as well but failed to receive any response. I finally tried reaching them on Instagram where the guy gave me a number and told me to reach on WhatsApp. But yet again that attempt was a failure as well, no one reached back.Finally, Instagram page admin itself replied with “we can’t exchange”, on replying to them that it’s sad they don’t have capability of exchanging they replied: “If we sit to compare ourselves with other people are doing, we’ll never move forward”.Pretty bad experience, and never planning to order again, nor would I suggest.

These guys charge you ₹150 for an exchange. Disgusting. Dont shop from them guys. I had a bad experience.
