I wish I can give these people zero stars. I really didnt want to write anything negative about my home country business BUT these people are literally running a scam from India. They lure you into relatively cheap price Indian clothes with good photographs but poor quality/cheap materials. Their customer service is extremely horrible and they treat their US clients the same way they treat their customers in India.. Like cockroaches/animals. I am still in a legal dispute with this company and will post the details once I get past it. They are a big rip off! I want to warn everyone and ignore the fake reviews. These people know how to get fake reviews. Please save your money and peace of mind and dont order anything from these people. You can check my credibility. I almost always write positive reviews and have built up a reputation.

The worst site I must say!!!!! I wish I could give it stars in minus and all the positive ratings given are fake I guess by their own members... Because it has the worst dealing system... The money got deducted and no order confirmation I have received on mail or message even after 24 hours and even after making several calls to them its just useless, not even refunding my money.

Liked a product in this website, brought it and later found lot of negative reviews and got tensed but patiently waited to see the product in real. Received the product in 3rd day of purchase it was a original Thatasthu branded one I am super satisfied with the product quality and delivery speed. My first experience is good, may be the product quality depends on the seller rather than Mirraw itself so one suggestion for Mirraw is to ban the sellers who sell fake cheap products through your platform.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Mirraw. I ordered six sarees but then one of them apparently didnt meet standards so it was cancelled. When i received the sarees i looked at the lining and it had been burnt and is sharp to the touch to the point where it could cut someones hand . unfortunately it is like this on three of the received sarees. Also on one of my saree there is a stain on it.Im surprised how 4 of the sarees that i received passed quality check only one of them should of passed the quality check. the given prices do not match the items quality at all.I have ordered from them once before and my experience was similar that time as well. i advise people to be cautious when buying sarees from them especially if you are abroad as returning it will be very difficult.I will never order from mirraw again its a waste of money and time

Dont trust this brand they are fake and customer service is worst

Its the worst place to order from! Product quality is bad. And I am still waiting for my refund from them since past 13 months! The return pick up also took days and multiple rounds. Because the courier guys product description would always be different than the product I wanted to return. So he wouldnt take my product in return. Then they created two return pick ups for one product - and then kept telling me that I have not returned the product! How can I return two products when I have only one? So much hassle. And finally the return happened, but the refund is still awaited. Multiple calls and emails , everytime they promise refund will come in 48 hours. Its been 13 months, still no refund. Just using my money for free. Never ever buy from them again.
