Great options.. reasonably priced.. perfect for weddings outfits

I am Pritika, this is my first order from you and unfortunately it failed to impress me. Its sad to see the saree that arrived is having glitter all over it and now all over me. To make things worse, the sequin started falling off the moment I took it out from the packaging it just looks like a low quality product. Nothing close to an outfit worth 8424/- (after 10% off)I would request you to take a look into this. Please be informed that I am not going to put this saree on my body and be a walking glitter. Its so embarrassing. I heard so highly of you but looks like I should have gone with traditional shopping with a better designer house.Pfb video of the product I received.

If you are plus size then this store is not for you. Beautifull collection but not for sizes above 44 , very disappointing .

Good collection of ladies designer wear though prices are on higher side. This store is old & popular place for buying ethnic salwar suits, lehanga cholis, sarees with work etc. Located just opposite Poddar hospital, Worki, have a branch with greater collection & spacious showroom in Santacruz.Only problem faced while shopping is that stores ( at Worli ) air conditioning was off since stores electric supply is on generator van !

Huge store. It has a good variety of Indian clothes. Most of them are designer wear. The price range was on a higher side. Went on a Sunday and it was very crowded. Avoid going in evenings during peak hours since the staff was not able to manage and attend to the customers.

I visited Kalki and was completely disappointed with the service. Everything about every interaction I had was unhelpful. There clothes were average, nothing extraordinary, but the staff was just so ambivalent, it completely put me off the whole be experience. Customers should be put first, isnt that the whole point of the consumer experience. But here, at every request I was met with a blanket no or just indifference. From not bothering to look for my sizes, to not allowing me to try on sale clothes except over my own. If you think customer care and service is important, dont bother with this place.

Misleading Customers with the claim of Bespoke, taking the customers time & money for Granted, is the least that can be said regarding the Worli Outlet of this store. I ordered an outfit in July & had specifically requested made to measure to which the Sales lady claimed that it will be made to measure but it may take upto 60 Days.The message that the outfit is ready for collection was recieved 90 days post purchase and.... It was ALTERED, That too very very very very poorly.Furthermore, it looks shabby because of poor alterations and furthermore there are several runs & pulls in the material.Absolute waste of time & money... bespoke / made to order / made to measure is mere lip service.

We went through many trials before finalizing it and the staff was very co-operative. The best part is they have low, mid and high range products and a good choice of options available. I am an NRI and was looking for a chic wedding dress in Mumbai. I bought my wedding dress from Kalki Worli.. Personally I think this is one of the best shops in Mumbai for Bridal wear...especially if you are looking for outfits that are modern(yet have an element of traditional) customisable outfits made with great craftmanship. Overall a very positive experience.

This shop has a fantastic collection if you want to shop for the brides marriage.

Typical naam bade aur darshan khote place. Had been to there to bye some expensive stuff for my wife. But the after sales service was pathetic. The alterations were not made up to the mark. The delivery time is also very long. Highly expensive ....although a good collection but what they commit at the time selling they do not remember afterwards ...would not recommend if you are not byeing for yourself
