No doubt kurtis are of very good quality but in terms of return or replacement they failed completely I have returned two kurtis almost 4 months back . But even after followed up so long they didnt return my money nor they are giving me an option to buy another one. I have followed with dispatch team so many times but no reply from them.

Last week they have sent the wrong size kurti, when I raised complaint to the customer care, they were genuinely answered and asked me to courier the kurti, later they have refunded the whole money. very supportive customer service👍👍👍

Quality seems good

They do not have proper size. They amend into small size very untidy using white thread for all colours. Which can easily make out. If we ask also very roughly they ans that this is the only way they stitch n sell. If u want u can take.Y cant they use matching thread.Only unprofessional people will like and appreciatePlease improve your service for good
