They provided Mochi with all the love, care and attention she needed to feel comfortable and happy. They sent us pictures and videos of her frequently to keep us updated on her. It warmed our hearts to see her being cared for with such kindness and compassion. Ruff & Fetch did an amazing job and we are so glad we found them. Definitely be back in the future! Love

The best place for shopping with your lovely dogs/cats. They are friendly and my little one get extremely happy when we walk in and chase around with their employees!

Not bad for a pet house that have aircon, understand it has minimum spend of $120 but whats the point of coffee is not included in the minimum spend... The facilities are old and need some cleaning.. The wait time for food is quit long But the time frame they gave us is 1.5 hours...

The products are quite costly. But I guess this is quite common in HongKong. And I do believe a lot of people including myself are still willing to pay that amount of money coz apparently it’s not easy to find quality pet supply in HK. Just a little step back is the staff there are a bit too pushy, they would continuous standing next to you and trying to push to shop as much as possible, despite the needs of your pet.P.S. attached there’s a sterilising spray which cost me almost hk$700, and later on I found a similar product (different brand thou) at another household shop which cost less than hk$300!

We had decided to go and host a birthday event here, not exactly the cheapest option but that wasnt the point. We were told to start at 11 am to 1.30 pm..... And was told we can go a bit early if we wanted to decorate. So we did. We get there and nothing was ready for us. The pool... Empty... Food they did not even start preparing till after we got there even though it was pre ordered and it came an hour late. Pre ordered food for the dogs? They didnt even know about it. Organizer from ruff and fetch even chased us in giving them our pre-orders..... What was the point if the order was just going to be lost. Extremely disappointed, extremely Disorganized. You might as well. Order food from a catering company and just go to a dog park if you want an event.
