Currently in a room. its pathetic very bad very bad. Broken shover broken commod dirty basket. Room very dirty and smelly below the bed. Telephone is not working. Please make sure to ask to breakfast at the time of booking. After a long talk i was provided with poha that to cold. I order 1 tea and 1 coffee thhey only 2 tea saying coffee not available.Very bad waste of time.

Good staff 👍 and services to good but morning breakfast time to looo i think 11AM is in off because in hotel clients are free to sleep thats why i suggest to extend the morning breakfast time 😊👍

Room service was pathetic...they should not disturb the guest for breakfast...After asking for breakfast they gave only bread omlet and coffee after 1 hr 30 mins which was not at all accepted...They charge more for food than the menu card...very bad experience.

Silver Lake location is not so good. One night stay near airport is ok. And it is not 3 km from international Airport which they mentioned in their website. It is 9-10 km. Ground floor rooms are very congested and suffocating. Ask for 1st floor room. Thats comparatively better. Staffs are helpful no doubt.

As always, the place never fails us. Good for a relaxing stay. Good view overlooking the lake. Special thanks to Uzma for the extra efforts taken to get me my room of choice .

Nice staff. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Just the thing is they shouldnt allow smoking, you can notice the smell in the corridors.

My stay at this hotel was pathetic. The hotel from the front doesnt look as good as they have shown in pics. The rooms here doesnt have ventilation, are small in size (dont go by the pics posted on the Fab hotel site). Bathrooms are even smaller.While I stayed there was a power cut for 4 hours during early morning and this hotel doesnt have a power backup.The hotel is not even worth RS.500 but they charge more than RS.2000 for a day stay.Pathetic service and rooms full of bugs.

Its good from location point of view. It very near to the airport and BKC. Dont order food here. If you are a vegetarian then Thambbi veg restaurant is very near. Go there and eat. Rest is okay.

The hotel does not have a kitchen and they get the food from their own restaurant. The food quality is not that good. If youre claustrophobic then this might not be the best option for you (the ceiling is low).

Great rooms super friendly staff loved my stay

It was very bad.. room was not properly cleaned and the bedsheets and blanket also was not clean and washed. Smell in the room. And hotel staff was also rude so overall it was a bad experience that we booked the room for two days but we checked out after one day only.

Requested call center officials twice to send invoice. Each call took more than 20 mins just to tell them about invoice. Still not rvd invoice.

I recently visited to Mumbai and I stayed here. Rooms are good maintaned. Best of the best service I got in this hotel. All staff are so polite and helpful. Food quality also awesome which they serve in room. Breakfast service was too good in time also. The rooms were a bit small. And beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room we were alotted was next to a room where contsruction was going on which created lot of noises. Overall an ok experience.
