Location is good and systematic arrangements for entry and exit is made. Most staff are college crowd or freshers sitting at staircase during breaks and off hours. Overall organization is good and process are of high value/goodwill customers. Amazing facilities are provided to employees at higher grade. Overall looks a complete package to work here for one who wants to grow. Few improvement needed to be on top.

A good place to work , As my work shift timings end at 7:00 pm , but they dont let us go home at that time , we need to work for extra hours till 8:00-8:30 pm everyday , putting pressure to achieve the daily target is ok bcoz its there job , putting pressure on employee with in the workshift tym is acceptable but making them work extra hours and you will not get paid for the extra hours you give , during induction the told us that you will be getting Overtime and all that , there is no such thing as OT in concentrix , i almost given 20+ hrs extra in concentrix , i didnt get the paid off for that , when i asked them about the OT , they told me that its a carrot which is shown to you , so this is the reason i left the job , they should know that employee are having there personal lyf too, sometimes its ok to work for extra hours but not everyday . Thank u

And bind you up if u go to the hr.If you are a graduate find job somewhere else as 70% people in company are undergraduate.Team leaders (without any leadership skills) will ask (force) you to extended to complete their bosss target.You can join this company if you want waste your time and future.

I will not talk about my work experience, but my experience with there HR process. The process of FNF specially the resignation process were you have to write and submit the resignation. (As a result you are not in a loop and have to reach out to manager even for basic information regarding your resignation status)Now once you have left the Co, its very difficult to get an HR to have a word incase there have been any issue with your FNF or any other dues in general. Also there is lack of online support system which may save you your visit.All the excuses they may give you is come tomorrow, this and that xyz reason.All the best !
