It was very nice experience to stay at Shilpi Hill Resort, Saputara. Rooms are well organized and loaded with all basic amenities. All the staff members are very cooperative. Food quality is also good. Most of the city attraction are at walkable distance. I specially thankful to Ms. Nusrat and Mr. Hitesh Jain for our tour planning.

I had visited Auli with my family .It was amazing experience to visit Auli and Stay in Club Jiva resort Cliff top resort. They are having very good ambience, rooms are clean, staffs are very humble and co-operative. Food is also good. They also have very good indoor activity area, like pool table, Table tenis, Caram board and Music system. Yogita from Club Jiva coordinated well since start to till end of my trip. Thanks to her.

I bought there package in the year 2019 in April while selling the package they did many fake promises, the will take the booking if we inform them prior 15 days ... This and that... But after that in 2019 it self we informed them prior 25 days, they wer unable to provide us any hotel room.Not only that they dont response to emails and call too. But they will surely call you for renewal of the package then again they will do fake promises . Stil not responding to call & emails.For booking. Our money got wasted dat to soo expensive

I am the member with club jiva since 5 years and we are very Happy with the services of club jiva. This time i had fabulous experience in ramada hotel which is a 4 star in gurgoan. We checked online and came to know per night cost was ₹8900 + tax and we stayed for 4 days which would have cost us appox ₹44,000 if we had booked online . But with club jiva membership it is absolute value for money. Special thanks to Mr Hitesh as every time he guided us with new destination and excellent hotels and resorts and club jiva is absolute value for money. I recommend other members to go according to Mr Hitesh for booking . We have given 8 new members in past 2 years and everyone are very happy with club jiva services. Keep it up club jiva and Hitesh ji. Can you also guide us as we want to upgrade our membership.

I recently planned a vacation with Club Jiva for Udaipur and Jaipur in the first week of January.My whole trip was planned by Mr. Hitesh, i was given great resorts at both the destinations. Just had my first vacation with Club Jiva. I visited their Lands End Beach Resort in Goa, Morjim. The hotel had a very serene and beautiful ambience. Just 1 min walk from the beach, quality food at very reasonable prices. The staff was very courteous.Club Jiva booking and support team, Nikita and Jaydeep were very helpful and friendly. Recently we had a short trip to Saputara hill station by Club Jiva. After a phone call Mr. Hitesh Jain personally arranged hotel bookings in Shilpi Resort and immediately next day we reached to Shilpi resort. Its located in the heart of city and found very nice. Staff, cleanliness was very good and room were spacious with welcome kit. Food was really awesome and great taste. Thanks to club Jiva and especially Mr. Hitesh for providing resort. This was my first trip with Club Jiva and we had a good experience. The hotel accommodation was good and staff was friendly as well. Although, we did face issues while Check-in as there was some dispute between Club Jiva and the Hotel but it was resolved quickly. Also, Club Jiva representative Aayesha Khan has been really helpful and swift in providing resolution to our concerns.

We went to Ambika niwas recently and we were surprised to see the palace. Club jiva fantastic palace. We had planned for different destination but because of hitesh ji we could explore this place. Awesome 👍. We are proud to be club jiva members past 8 years. My jijaji my masi and my brother we all are club jiva members and all are enjoying different destination every year all thanks to Hitesh ji. And the best part is that if I make 1 member every year that too club jiva customer service helped me to convert member by explaining the membership to my refered people my maintenance has been waived off. Visited Hotel Grand Ranthambore from 25 to 28 dec 2019 at Sawai Madhopur , Rajasthan . Beautiful property under Club Jiva flag ship recommended for pleasant stay and Hospitality.During our initial booking faced hiccups due to it being peak season for Tiger Safari at Ranthambore Tiger reserve but things were sorted out quickly after intervention of Mr Hitesh .We appreciate and are thankful to Mr Hitesh & his team for making our visit one of the best memories remembered down the years.

I visited Lake View hotel in Mahableshwar through Club Jiva through my sisters membership..Amazing hotel.. professional staff.. although there was veg food..but it was good..however the pool was not available due to repairs.. Overall an awesome experience with family. Thank you Club Jiva..

It is very nearer to Candolim beach and main road.We have welcomed with welcome drink. Ambience and cleanliness is very good. We have provided front facing room with balcony. The room is medium side, not so big. Bathroom is big and clean. There are mini bar, LED TV and electronic safe in the room. Bed and lighting is very good. Two water bottles provided as complementary on daily basis.However, breakfast provide by hotel is not up to the mark with respect to quality. The variety to choose from is very limited. Overall, Rs.1200/- per day charges for breakfast is very high.Medium sized swimming pool is clean. We had our trip planned to Thailand from 5th to 12 July 2019. Trip was planned by Jaydeep Shetty from Club Jeeva. Before hand we had plenty of discussions about the places to visit, travel planning, hotels etc.- Cab service was pretty awesome and very punctual- Hotels were pleasant except one in Pattaya- All the ice-land visits and the different shows that we attended were exactly as planned- There was a quick fix for each and every single issue if any faced in the location- Just to put overall review in one sentence is the Trip was beautiful and all thanks to Jaydeep for arranging end to end itinerary for us including flight bookings.

Yesterday I arrived from Phuket Thailand. I stayed at Absolute Twin sands resort and spa. For four night under CLUB JIVA membership.It was fantastic stay of us at Twin sand resort Phuket from 3rd Aug to 7 th Aug 2019. Hotel property is huge. You can not imagin it from photo or review. We never seen such huge hotel. There are seven building in all in hotel property. It is between two beaches hence name Twin Sands. Far away from city disturbance and located on hills of Phuket. Which make it more beautiful.Hotel is full of amenities and well discipline. All three swimming pools are Great.Service also best. All staff is very much submissive and helpful. Rooms are full of kichettes which make us to cook Indian food very comfortably. Mango restaurant is nice and full of variety of food.We thanks very much Mr Jaydeep Shetty, Mr Jignesh Joshi.and entire team club JIVA who help me to make this trip enjoyable. Had a great vacation with family this summer in Malvan. It’s a beautiful place with lot of scenic greenery, vast beaches and amazing food!Much credit for this fun-filled vacation goes to Club Jiva!Their associate Hitesh was super helpful with my booking and coordinated with me all through late evenings and even on Sunday to get me a good hotel. I certainly appreciate his customer orientation and helpful attitude!We were booked at Konkan Crown Resort in Sawantwadi just at the right time for us to head off to our vacation. The resort is very good with amazing service and very good quality food!Malvan is surely a place to visit just before rains set in - its beautiful!Uploading a few pics from our vacation there.Look forward to another great vacation soon with Club Jiva!

I was the member of Club Jiva and my membership period ended in 2020. during this period I have a bad experience about this club. During the tenure I could avail only 8 - 10 nights and that too not the good hotel which was initially mentioned during the booking of membership.This club is useless and they dont have good hotel accommodation. Also during accommodation they are asking additional amount of Rs. 2000 for booking charges. I have wasted my money of Rs. 80000 by getting this membership. the staff doesnt respond on time. I had approached for cancellation for the membership after 2 years but no proper authority responded and each time different member used to attend and same answer I could get that we will come back to you This is really a third class club and doesnt have their own properties. You will not get the dates as required. They will dictate the dates which are on the off seasons offered to them from the hotels.I also would like to get the refund of the unused nights . Pl suggest me if any one is familiar with this procedure.My sincere advice to all : DO NOT TAKE THE MEMBERSHIP OF CLUB JIVA - THIS IS THIRD CLASS CLUB . My family and me would like to thank Club Jiva for organizing a wonderful trip to Srinagar.The planning done by Ms Meena Sharma of Club Jiva, who I would say a excellent planner, she understood our reqirements, and arranged a superb trip for 6 nights 7 days.Starting the trip on 24th February was again the crucial period to travel.Ms Meena assured my family to be the rememberence trip of our life. And it was the same.Srinagar pick from Airport and reaching till the hotel was scarry being the tensed situation.Our thoughts changed within a hour after reaching the Hotel.Amazing property with all the 4 star amenities. Wonderful food excellent stay and than the sightseeing at Srinagar,unbelievable.Seeing the lake and beautiful mountains with snowfall was the experience of life.Next Gulmarg with minus 10 degree, again with snow fall all the time white mountains on both side, road full white, felt it was heave, Again thanks to Meena Mam, and Club Jiva.Houseboat again a different experience ,with Shikara Ride.Pehelgam a place where we saw Amarnath Yatra starting point, all the places of shootings.On the whole a Wonderful trip,with excellent properties and mouth watering food.Thanks once again to Club Jiva for providing us a wonderful trip and Thanks to Ms Meena Sharma again,and will always make Club Jiva plan for us and our family and friends.

We are using club jiva services from past 2 years. Have been to GOA on October 2015 where we were given booking in Aguada Anchorage villa which was the best experience we ever had. And been to Kovalam in October 2016 where we were given booking in Hotel Neelkanta, which again was an awesome experience. All I can say is Club jiva membership is genuine one.

I had visited Muli with my family .It was amazing experience to visit Muli and Stay in Ambica Nivas Palace resort. So at Morning around 7PM hotel staff bang my room door bell and wish me happy Birthday.Cidade de Daman is a good property to visit. Hotel staff is also good and friendly but right now some renovations work is going on so we disappointed with shut down of some facilities. Only swimming pool was open but that to with some renovations work reside it creating noise and unpleasant experiences. So when anyone planning to visit pls check that renovation is complete. We have visited this property between 19 to 20th Oct 2019.Food in hotel is also nice. And it is close to shopping market. Me and my Family enjoyed this trip. Thank you Neha.However I have suggestion for Club Jiva team that they need to work more on inventory management or may be they need to have more tie ups with resort at various locations.So that members can enjoy more holidays as per their time and decided place...Over all experience with club Jiva is very Nice...and I am sure that me and my Family will enjoy more such holidays in future with the help of staff like Neha.Below is my old post keeping that as it is for others.We had two trips through Club Jiva, one to Saputara and another to Punchgani, Mahabaleshwar. Shilpi Resort in Saputara is really good resort with excellent service and hospitality. Rooms are also nice and we had very comfortable stay their. Millennium Park Resort at Punchgani had upsets me little it because many facilities were closed due to renovation. Food was good in resort and room allotted is OK, i mean decent.I never had any issue with Club Jiva management and staff in terms of booking my holidays and i am happy till now with their services. Hoping to enjoy many more holidays with Club Jiva in years

Thanx to Club Jiva. The trip from 23 rd Oct to 25th Oct 16 at Nainital was very nice n memorable. The staffs of the hotel was very nice and treated us very heartly. My experience in Kerala was very good by the services and facilities provided by Club Jiva. I am holding Membership# CJ/HP/0P/0083 since 2015 with Membership Type: RED/Studio with Club Jiva.As usual was busy throughout a last year. On the top of that, being important year of my daughter’s career, couldn’t do any family outing last year. However unlike previous years, this year I was ready for planning our trip much in advance; but as usual was confused on places to visit.Had some veg plans in my mind. Considering those plans contacted Club Jiva to help me out to prepare itenary for our travel and stay; however there comes specialty of Club Jiva to help their customers right way and at the right time.This time I was called upon in Club Jiva office to understand my expectation during the vacation period and plan in my mind. After hearing the same, they come up with best suitable plan with multiple choices and I was offered to opt for best one as per my family liking. Huuussshhh………….that actually resolved my entire tension on planning. After that they did even help me in planning for best suitable conveyance to be opt for during my trip considering my family members, their interest / personal problems and their respective age. I was overwhelmed with this kind of thinking and helping customer to this level just to make one’s trip as safety as possible and worth enjoyable. We had been advised as what all we must see at a particular location. Even we were provided help in arranging local taxis and hence making sure that we are not cheated by locals. Overall facility provided at Amritsar, Chandigarh and Delhi were up to the mark, hence enjoyed our stay to the fullest satisfaction. I must say that hotel at Chandigarh was excellent with very good inhouse restaurant and excellent food quality!!!!Year on year, my relation with Club Jiva is improving a lot due to personal attention provided all the time. We stayed at Sereniity resort in Lonavala to celebrate our marriage anniversary last month. We had a great time. I would like to thank Hitesh and Club Jiva team for the arrangement and support throughout. At the resort, staff behavior, food, swimming pool.. Everything was great. Specially the cake arrangement done by them was simply awesome. I believe we would get similar support for our future holiday plans as well.

It was superb trip of Goa in first week of January, Jagrati maam is very helpful She supported a lot me during hotel booking and Ramatan Resort at Vagator was booked it was good destination to stay. Rooms were cleaned, food was tasty & staff was cooperative. It was really a fantastic experience

Hi All,I am a Red Member of Club Jiva.I recently had holiday on New Year day, resort was very promptly booked by Club Jiva @ Shilpi Hill Resort, Saputara in busy time of new year. Resort was very good, clean room, excellent food, prompt service & they had cultural program also at night time with camp fire which we enjoyed a lot.After two nights stay I requested Jaydeep Ji @Club Jiva to extend 1 more night for Saturday which I knew would be tough as it was Saturday & at resort reception also they denied direct booking for club & told me to get booked via Payment at counter or online.But Jaydeep ji & Niraj Ji (VP Service) both looked after & got 1 more night confirmation for 2 Super Deluxe rooms same day for my family.Thanks once again to club jiva team. Hoping to enjoy further holidays with them.Also I am not associated with Club Jiva apart from as genuine Member.Thanks Club Jiva.

I am Artist by profession and member of Club Jiva, I requested for a holiday to Madam Meenaji, and told her to plan my holidays close to Mumbai. She arranged for me and my family for a wonderful place at United 21 at Lonavala.It was a excellent and awesome stay arranged by Meenaji . A very warm welcome by the Hotel Manager as he was already informed reg our checkin by Meenaji. Excellent Food ,lovely ambience of the place. Very good room service good hospitality and very good experience of my holidays. Club Jiva has been always co operative and supportive. Their Customer Service is always kind and humble whenever we called them. I did a holiday booking in the timeshare segment through club jiva. Since this was our first booking we were a bit skeptical, however the whole process of booking was very smooth and prompt. We were in constant touch with Jaydeep shetty who guided us well through out our booking and also gave a us a good property.We stayed in Bali Palm resort in Candidsa which was a good property.The rooms were spacious and clean. All the other facilities of the property and the staff was very good. Overall we were satisfied with our first experience with club jiva and look foward to many more..

We had been to Manali recently i.e. 7th December 2016,through Club Jiva. We has purchased their holiday plans through their Executive Mr. Anwar Shaikh and Mr.Amit. This was our first year vacation.We were co ordinated by their reservation executive Ms. Neha who was very courteous.We (family)were provided accommodation at Treebo Celebrity in Manali. The hotel was located in a scenic peaceful place alongside river Beas. We booked 2N/3D stay for Daman from Club Jiva. I gifted this to my friend on his Wedding Anniversary. They stayed in Hotel Presidency - Daman. Staff of the Hotel was really good, safe, Hygrine & they also have a inhouse Bar so in case if you dont want to go anywhere than you can enjoy there. Over all good stay & visit at Daman. Yogita & Krishma from Club Jiva support us to book this property hassle free. They remind us everything for easy check-in & they were available for the support but the booking was in a way that we didnt even required to call them. All went smooth and we recommend everyone to become a member of Club Jiva & enjoy your vacation. Once again thanks Yogita for the support.

It was a superb trip of Kerala and Kanyakumari with my family in the last week of January, This was my first trip with Club after getting the complete membership. I was a bit hesitant to continue the membership with the fake reviews available on Google, however, I thought of trying at least one trip with the club to decide on my future vacations. I feel proud to say that reviews available on google are fake. My vacation was planned so well that my complete family enjoyed a lot at the resorts arranged for us. Rooms were cleaned, food was tasty & staff was cooperative. It was a really fantastic experience with CLUB JIVA.

Recently we had a short trip to Saputara hill station by Club Jiva. After a phone call Mr. Hitesh & Mr. Jaydeep Shetty personally arranged hotel bookings in Shilpi Resort and immediately next day we reached to Shilpi resort. Its located in the heart of city and found very nice. Staff, cleanliness was very good and room were spacious with welcome kit. Food was really awesome and great taste. Thanks to club Jiva and especially Mr. Jaydeep Shetty & Mr. Hitesh for providing resort. We would love to visit again.

The worst experience never ever believe in any of the people who call you with bait they baited us with free stay and said you have to spend 1 hour with our employees and listen to them and then u can go if u wish to. Its all scam and bait people . Now they are not refunding our money and not even replying to our mails tooo

Thanks to Mr.Hitesh for arranging a trip to Goa during peak season (valentines day) in a short period of time.We stayed at Candolim and it was easy for us to visit most of the tourist spots. Two wheelers and cars are available for rent near hotel. Also good Restaurants for South Indian dishes too available in a walkable distance.We had a Great time at Goa.We would definitely suggest our friends to contact Mr.Hitesh for trip.Kindly update contact numbers in your website and in FB for us to reach.
