I booked my ticket under EZcancel . When I cancelled my ticket , they fail to g give refund as promised. No response from clear trip in spite of writing them. Extremely disappointing. I have been using this site for more than 10 years now , still they dont care. real bad

Dont book using cleartrip they still havent returned my flight ticket money, its been over a month and the airline already refunded the money to them. All they do is keep putting your issue into priority and then forget about it till the next time you call them. Just book directly from the airlines(especially vistara) because these guys just dont care. I mustve called them like 100 times.

The lady at the call center kept disconnecting my phone she said a full refund will be processed but still she deducted 600 rs and when i kept calling she did not take my calls.

Pathetic service. I have been trying to reach these people from almost one month but all in vain. The worst n fraud app I strongly say. No contact number to call and confirm about refund. I humbly request all not to use this app at any given point. Customer service mail id not in use as I didnt get any reply. I got a call from somebody in Delhi saying that he is the rep for initiating refunds and he asked me for my debit card, when I mentioned that I didnt make any payments through debit card, the so called rep disconnected the call. Please refrain from using any such apps for cheap flights n discounts as they will give you what you ask but turns out to be a pain in the back.

Worst experience with cleartrip. They are liars and change their stands every few days. I have sent them a notice and will proceed legally if my demands are not met.After cancellation, they have taken 4 months to send refund application to airline. They have lied to me about refund amount, giving me 3 different amounts as reverted by airline. Luckily, I had pursued airline to get the correct amount. They promised me zero deductions in emails. After getting the refund from airline, they are deducting amount for loss incurred in booking. They are now demanding my bank details and are saying they will take another 3-4 weeks. I am demanding hefty compensation for mental stress and delay.I have fired them as my agents and have asked airline to reverse all transactions and deal with me directly. This is also part of the legal battle. Hoping that wise sense will prevail and I do not have to proceed legally.

Worst Agency also the airlines.I had booked the ticket from the spicejet website in month of FEB20 for travelling in month of may 20. As per lockdown the amount was in credit shell.In nov the govt release the circular that the refund should be made if the credit shell amount is not used till 31 mar 21.But the arilines( spicejet) syas the credit shell amount will be laspse.I dont know the booking made from the spicejet siter and the how the amount is with clear trip agency.I am trying the tollfreee number and the email id with cc to spicejet. I felt my refund followups cud have been expedited by cleartrip. Most of the time I had to followup with airlines to get the refund. While responses from cleartrip was very prompt during the recent times, during initial days of lockdown, it was either delayed or no response. Sharing an original story,, Trip ID: 210108457554 I have booked a flight on the cleartrip.com website and later I came to know that they are offering services to an only a certain group and their spouses and not allowing any Indians with valid visas to board flights. This information is not mentioned on the cleartrip.com website. I couldnt change the flight because I wasnt able to contact their customer service as their team response is very poor. They dont have an office as such just running an online business and leaving customers to their fate. I left with no option apart from canceling the flight to book another one. Initially, it was shown 5 to 7 working days to process the refund with some minimal deduction amount before confirming the cancellation. But now I got an email saying it takes 60days to process a refund. I dont see any reason to wait for 60days. It shouldnt take that long. When I contacted cleartrip.com​ understood that they dont have any office just taking money from India. They are not saying anything properly. No guarantee that I get a refund after 60days also. I lost my hard-earned money 90k on this fraud site. Be cautious and dont get into fraud sites like cleartrip.com. Have been begging them for a refund for last 2 month. Airline cancelled the flight one day before the travel date. Airline confirmed that they have refunded the amount but cleartrip first denied then stopped responding. They make you followup with the airline again and again. Corona time has already been tough, cleartrip made it worse. I was a regular customer. If I dont get my refund, this was my last trip from cleartrip and for everyone I know.Edit: Still havent heard from them, they dont respond to consumer forums as well.

This address is a co-working place. It is not an established office of cleartrip. I visited this place on 18th November 2020. They make you go through the entire process of making a visitors pass and send you to the office only for the security guard there to tell you that Cleartrip no longer sits there. He will then take your details and say that someone will call you in 48 hours.

I booked ticket under cleartrip id 20012179866 in Feb for travel in April by spice jet. Airlines have given credit shell to Cleartrip for 27943/-. But on cleartip site i can not use that amount for new ticket as no option. I called up airlines as per them amout still exists but only it can be used through cleartrip site. This site in fraud . calling them for so long but no reponse.

Had to followup for more than two months daily for my refund. They have horrible customer support. Eventually the Twitter support helped and got it sorted and I got my refund.I thank the Twitter team for stepping and supporting.

Cleartrip never refund your money back. Recently I had a very bad experience where I booked ticket from Mumbai to Lukhnow for 1st June. Due to some reason the Indigo flight 6E-6446 get cancelled and I opted for money refund. but I have not received my refunded amount till now. Their customer care number of Cleartrip always says as wrong number.Such a cheap service provided by cleartrip.

I have booked a ticket using Cleartrip on 23rd June 2020 and they shows payment unsuccessful and till time its showing unsuccessful.This ticket was done for indigo airlines, i received a call from Indigo airlines after 2 days of booking saying my Flight has been cancelled. The next day i again received a call saying my tickets has been confirmed in another flight, if I wish to opt them I can otherwise the tickets can be cancelled and full refund will be given. I opted to cancel and Indigo airlines initiated the refund on 28th June 2020. I have received a confirmation email from Indigo airlines on refunding the money and its credited to ClearTrip account on 28th June 2020 itself. Since then I have been trying to connect ClearTrip via email, phone or website, non of the options are working. Finally i decided to visit to the Mumbai registered office address which was shared by the Indigo Airlines and to my biggest surprise after visiting to the so called registered office of ClearTrip I got to know that they have closed the registered office a year back and every day atleast 2-3 people are coming for the kind of fraud ClearTrip have started doing with the people. They are not refunding money to the people. They are a big cheater.Also it was really a shocking thing for me to know that how indigo Airlines have registered ClearTrip as a trusted vendor as their service partner. They are also sharing the address which is not opetational from last 1 year.So the last thing which i can request if ClearTrip guys are reading these reviews please start refunding money immediately, u have looted many people money so far, stop doing it.And I would suggest never use such third party services to book tickets, Indigo refunded for my other tickets within 3 days.
