This station has evolved into a major connectivity hub for Western, Metro and Harbour station. Crowd management has become better and helpful police staff were available. The station also has a good face lift. I, occasionally, used to travel through this station around three decades back.This station is a good connectivity for western, central, harbour as well as metro. Also station is clean and has free WiFi

Station is good, but at the place of ticket windows executives need to be more professional, also it smells. Need cleanliness to avoid awful smell at the place of ticket window.

This railway ticket counter is one of the good ticket counter of Mumbai. Nearby area is very clean & well maintained.

Crowded at all times but it has improved than before ,the facilities have improved the staircase to metro is linked with andheri railway atn which is more convenient

You can book reservation tickets from here on 1st floor. On an average 4-5 counters are open. Its not so crowded. Avoid sitting on the public chairs. You might take home some bugs along. Weekdays usually its not crowded. Weekends you will find more people and long queues. For unreserved tickets you can get on the ground floor just outside the station

Very well designed counters and good fast service.

Very rush station but best facilities is available 24 hrs like near by metro,hotel,hospital,food stalls and many more things.

Reservation counter are open 8o clock on wards till 20:00hrs quite good and social distance is also observed. good service by western railway.

Good but all working staff is almost senior member.So workings are very slow.Railway must distribute the tokens for public and manage all crowd and public can sit on there chair or etc.

While it is a great junction to catch trains, the unbearable stench from the toilets near the east ticket counter make me want to travel without a ticket, not to mention vomit. I hope something is done about that soon.

Its spacious counter amongst other railway station, police has good vigil, entrance has wheelchair access, on ground floor ticket for local train can be booked and on first floor ticket for outstation train can be booked.

Use the foot over bridge to reach here. On the ground floor ticket counter is there. First floor has the office rooms of Railways like Station Master etc.

On peak hours it is very crowded otherwise you can get tickets easily and on time 😊👍

Very systematic. Neat and clean railway station.Very supporting staff. Automatic ticket vending machine working properly. Fast service also not take too much time for ticketing. We can easily get tickets. Lots of ticket counter thats why I can easily get tickets. Spacious also. One of the best local station in my opinion. You can easily find train for different routes.

Good place to hang out at the bridge post work hours or have a look around nearby views.Due to Metro work it may look a bit congested but with time it should improve

There is no Train details display system for major trains. Everywhere you can see the display for local trains only.So if you are new to this place, or boarding a long route train, you have to enquire either counter / shop people in platform.Quite confusing place !!

Good and clean place

No crowd got my ticket in jiffy. The station has been remodeled andis very spacious and beautiful.

Most of the times, it is crowded. Today, it was closed. It is better to use ATVM Card or UTS rather than wasting time here. No outstation tickets are available here. All ATVM tickets r also not functional. So, it is not that great place.

The place is cleaned on regular intervals, you will always find rush on this station being the residential and industrial area. The ticket counter is efficient and there are many places from where on can obtain tickets. There are two ticket counters down and then on the top you will find small ATM type machines which will grant you tickets..

Andheri Easts ticket counter is one of the well built ticket booking office in the Western Railways. The infrastructure is good and clean. The booking area is big and wide with faculties like fans and automatic ticket machines. It is crowded during the rush hours and generally throughout the week days. There is separate window for ladies and non-local trains.

Too much crowded. Bridges are full of hawkers leaving very little space for walking. Police dont take any action. Auto refuses to ply, gambling is rampant on bridge leading to station, too many flies on food stalls. Seems like corruption is rampant. Mobiles are stolen daily. If you go to log complaint then you are demotivated by police. Beggers are everywhere on station. No one seems to be afraid of police.

Now connected via Bridges and lift to take you to elevated walking path to station. Spacious and not crowded. Cleanliness can be better...

Most of the time the ticket counters are closed, only one or two are open, due to which theres a lot of income and its time consuming. The staff work according to their convenience, they do not respect the commuters time. Sometimes all of a sudden they stop their work and move out, either to be replaced by someone else or the commuter is forced to move to another counter.

Nice location and there are many way to travel this place , near by metro station and d mark also and many good hotel are available here visit again and again..

You should carry a valid ticket for using railway bridge to reach ticket counter.For reservation they have extra working hours compared to other ticket counters. On sunday it reservation window works till 2pm. Work get done really very fast.
