Such a pleasant massage by Maya. Honestly one of the best massages I’ve gotten done. She hit the right spots and didn’t miss any part, opened up all my knots in my back. She massaged stomach and my sides very well, I feel 10 kgs lighter. 10/10 recommended

I got a massage some time around late August 2021. Overall, the experience was good.The spa is tucked away in a corner in Shagun mall. If you havent been to the mall, it can be somewhat difficult to find the spa.The reception could definitely use some more room. Its tiny with a small seating area, just enough for 2 people. The receptionist/manager was friendly.Cut to the massage rooms. The ambience is soothing and relaxing. The lights are dim, there are a few aromatic candles and some calming elements around the massage bed. They also play relaxing music. You are required to change into disposable under garments. The cooling was intense and I had to have it turned off after some time.The lady masseuse was polite, courteous, and well trained. I had signed up for a 60 minute Swedish massage. The masseuse worked on every muscle in my body. She was receptive to my preference for pressure. I had opted for olive oil as a medium and while it wasnt premium grade, it wasnt harsh either.The massage followed by a steam session and a refreshing shower. The shower cubicle is small and dimly lit. I would have liked some lighting in there. The steam was a handful and soon the whole room was filled with it.On stepping back into the reception I was greeted with some piping hot green tea. The massage definitely felt great. My shoulders were sore for the next 2 days because of the pressure and thats something to keep in mind as you instruct the masseuse.The treatment certainly is pricey but I am not entirely convinced of offerings that are considerably lower. Would I go again here? Yes, about once in a month or two.

The girl who was supposed to be giving me a relaxing massage was very unprofessional and kept bad mouthing some of the staff as well as bossing me and saying I NEEDED to get more massages. Ontop of all that, i had asked for a light soothing massage, she pressed so hard that my neck and back have been so sore over the last 3 days I havent been able to sleep, turn my head, or even bend over. They did do a good job on my nails though (a different girl did my nails). I will not be going back!!

I didnt like the spa because the prices differed from person to person. The steam was not working. The rooms are small, and the reception area is extremely small. However, Ana, the therapist, was extremely knowledgeable about the Thai dry mass.

Really happy with the service . Professional and efficient also they are well organized . Therapist was really great and lower back felt better than before. Will visit again !

An excellent spa located very close to the highway, just opposite Oberoi mall. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and they have quite a few packages. The gentle background music, soothing lighting and quiet atmosphere creates an ideal ambience for unwinding and destressing. The massage personnel are very professional and efficient, you can follow up with a steam bath and a hot shower. Would highly recommend. Book your appointment beforehand though.

Got 60 minute deep tissue massage was wonderful- I have bad back pains .. the therapist worked out really well and I felt so much better immediately afterwards.. products they used had a nice scent and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music.Facilities are very nice. Good ambience..Staff are really good n friendly!!Would highly recommend place!!

Visited the spa yesterday. Have been thinking about going to it since long time. Overall experience was awesome...1) Booking of appointment was done easily on the phone. Got a confirmation msg with timings and other details2) The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She gave good suggestions on what type of massage should be opt for3) The spa, steam was very relaxing, de-stressing.A must-go place to pamper yourself or your spouse.

The Elements Spa, at Shagun Mall , Goregaon East is very nice and conveniently located . Went for swedish massage and masseur was quite polite and well versed . Room was hygienic and had steam n shower , it was surely very relaxing experience .

Massage was amazing, I was looking for something with a good amount of pressure to take away muscle knots & aches, the massage therapist I had understood this perfectly and executed as such. The place itself is nothing much, 2 small rooms for massages with barely a front entrance area, and there was unfortunately construction going on next door (however they did warm me when I booked my appointment), but I myself wasn’t bothered about the ambiance or the noise (listened to music on my phone using earphones), so the experience was great!

I had visited the spa keeping in mind that it is closer to home and the review was good. The staff (Madhavi) who gave me massage was unprofessional. Started touching my private parts and when I asked her to stop it she said forgive me but I couldnt control myself. I made complain to the manager and to the owner as well. There are like sorry and thank you for informing us. But its a warning to all those who wish to use their spa. Be Aware. The location which I am referring is the Goregaon East - shagun mall.

Finally there is shower room with add on advantage of steam in all rooms after the renovation. The make over look fabulous. Best in the area. Hot oil massage is excellent.

Receptionist is uncivilised and rude, They don’t honour #Nearbuy vouchers too, and thier direct prices are way too higher in city.Check for water before u enter shower as sometimes it runs out in mid.

I just had a deep tissue massage with my husband today. The place is pretty unclean, cant call it a spa, the receptionist is rude and not welcoming, the masseurs are not well trained. The massage room was smelly. They didnt even bothered to light an aromatic candle. The welcome was plastic slipper , plastic water and plastic flower. Highly not recommended

Absence of shower is a major putoff..havent ever seen a spa without shower...and there should be some soothing music in the background as well which is there in every spa
