Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists & Visiters who want to go to Juhu. Will be back to this place soon..Value for Money..

This is a very decent hotel and at a prime location.We took their apartment services and it was great.The apartment is huge with a loving room 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.Its a great place for get together and parties.

As all said 👏 is true 👍room were clean, staff very friendly, higher authorities managment peoples were very nice specially lady were very smart and soft spoken good in marketing. Food has a fairly strong and pleasant flavour which makes it good to eat.I definitely recommend this service apartment to others. For family and friendly functions stay over here.

Recently I visited this place with my friends and expecting too much from this five-star restaurant but, all our expectations faded away.After ordering one item I have to wait for 20-25 minutes. If youre planning to visit this place then make sure you have enough time.The quality and the quantity of food was good in that case, they have not to compromise.

Parking space available for limited vehicle. Hotel is just on walking distance from Juhu beach, can enjoy any time. The management is both untruthful and looking to take customers for a rude, whenever possible.The front desk will quote a rate, the reservations desk will refuse to honour the rate. The excuse, room has been booked.Ask front desk again.They will say room is available.Weird attitude.Vaishali Makwana is especially rude & thinks she can fool everyone.She will quote n agree on certain rates n amenities ; but her written communication will be quite different.Beware n be alert while booking at this hotel.

On the Airport flight path, avoid at all costs. An expensive old delapatated hotel.This was a disaster of a choice. I wished on the first night that I could have cancelled and gone somewhere else.I had specifically asked for a non smoking room in this hotel and wrote a letter explaining that I had emphysema, bronchitis, and asthma and suffered severe attacks of coughing in the presence of smoke or stale smoke.I was presented on arrival with a room that stunk of smoke. Upon getting into bed to sleep after a long sleepless late evening flight, I could smell smoke on the bed clothes and bed. I was immediatly affected by a severe coughing attack which lasted the duration of the night. I had no sleep. After complaint the room was changed but still smelt of smoke though I did not suffer a further bad attack.The electricity in the room cut off each day at least once if not twice. I was asked if I wanted to move again but was reluctant as I did not want to have another attack ( better the devil you know). The noise from low flying planes to and from the airport every 5 to 10 min. was atrocious. Many restless and awakened sleeps. Having not resolved the problem with the ELCB cutting out the electric. I being an engineer proposed the fridge as a possible culprit for the fault ( which turned out to be right) the changed the fridge for one not cleaned and smelling of mould and bacteria. Of course they will have paid more attention in the kitchen? ( not). The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable and old. The rooms do not have double beds but two singles pushed together, which is not a double or queen. I booked with agoda, another mistake. I could not cancel nor amend the booking which is why I will not use agoda again. I have used them for 20 years without incident. However, when you do have an incident you are on your own and out of pocket.I had booked a day too many in this hotel which also was not refunded by the hotel.I would say that the staff in this hotel bar the management are the best part of the hotel. They are courteous, bright, helpful and intelligent for the most part, especially the reception and kitchen staff. Although the staff were nice and I found no problem with the food. I would not book this hotel again. It is more suited to a travelling salesman or a builder looking for ( but not getting) cheap accomodation. The Sea Princess across the road is much better and only marginally more expensive, but worth it. Very few foreigners seen in this hotel. Mostly Indian families.

My last visit to Emerald Hotel was perhaps my 9 stay with them. And this perhaps says it all.Very homely environment. Yet extremely professional. Very good food. On Juhu Tara Road. Just opposite Juhu Beach.

Perfect location!Close to juhu beach and 10 minutes from Linkin Road,the street market and midway you will find some fabulous brand showrooms.The hotel service was quick,the staff extremely friendly.Food quality is good.Breakfast spread is good.Planning to have dinner here..unlock zomato gold if you use zomato.Pure vegetarian food is what they serve.You have wagh bakri tea lounge attached to the hotel so you can enjoy a cup of tea and snacks in the evening.

I recently dined at Sapphire during a staycation at the emerald hotel.I was quite surprised with the quality of food, the elaborate menu and the taste too.It is a multi cuisine restaurant.I called for three soups, manchow, khaosuey and broccoli. All three soups were delicious. Loved loved loved the Khaosuey soup. Spicy, flavorful and well balanced. The other two were flavorful too.Veg pizza... Excellent. Loaded with vegges and cheese. Tasted really good. Loved it.Paneer chilli, was a little sour. Could have been better.Spring rolls with cheese and Vegetables. Loved them. The cheese elevated the taste. Quite delicious.For mains I tried lasooni palak, dal tadka and garlic naan. Everything was delicious. POOR customer service and mismanagementVery very very disappointed by the way this hotel has treated me and my family. It took 3.5 hours for Senior Sales manager Vaishali Makwana to negotiate a rate. The booking we wanted to make was for today itself for one month (which was urgent and well explained to her in detail). Agreeing upon the rate after 3.5 hours of discussion (after me chasing her every 45mins and calling timeline to confirm) and time to leave for the hotel, Hotel management and front desk says there are no rooms available now!!!In this pandemic situation where we all should be helping n supporting each other, this hotel made us stranded and left with no choice but to go somewhere else. What a lame excuse given that someone booked online right now. Just because we dealt with Vaishali (senior person in sales, who also mentioned that front desk is not aware of room availability) verbally and finalized the rate the hotel on the phone. Still there was nothing done by her or the hotel management for this entire mess and compensation.Guys please take care for future since there was absolutely no professionalism and coordination with the room availability and complete mismanagement.

Horrifying experience. The female staff on the front desk, Priyanka, was uncouth and rude. While checking out, she asked me for additional money stating that I had damaged the room! When I contested it and asked for details, she didnt have it and then came back stating that there was a spot of menstrual blood on the towel and that she was calling the bell boy to bring the towel to the front desk to display it in front of everyone. I was the only female in the room and that clearly wasnt the case with me, so I couldnt understand what she was saying, leave alone recovering from the horror of her saying all of this in front of her male colleagues and house keeping male staffs. I paid whatever she asked for, got no receipt for my payment and left the hotel. Later when I thought about what had happened, I realized this maybe the hotels prescription of extorting money from vulnerable female travellers or so. Beware ladies. Theyll embarrass you and try to extract money from you. I always stay in five stars and have practically stayed in every 5 star property in Delhi and Mumbai as I travel a lot for work. However, this one time I chose to stay at a regular hotel and had the most traumatic experience of my life. Unbelievable that a hotel, a hospitality emblem, can treat their guests as such!

Well this is ok restaurant which serves Only veg n for breakfast they serve eggs. This place has one best feature is that it’s bang Opp the Juhu Beach. 1 mins walk Opp frm the hotel n you are in the beach. This Hotel has a lovely in house tea brand called Wag Bakri chai! A famous family frm Ahmedabad tea chain restaurants. This brand has also got an award frm our Prime Mister Mr. Modi. Room are well lit an serviced. This could be treated as a good business restaurant.

Pros:Great LocationGood Staffi didnt sleep for 3 days in a row and the manager Mr.Suresh was very humble and upon request gave me a 2 hour early check in. BIG thumbs UP.Breakfast is very good also and they custom make a few things on request.ConsThe house keeping are somehow not matching what others are maintaining about the hotel.i stayed in this hotel 2 times in 12 days and both the times as i was heading out for a few meetings , i told them to clean my room and change towels in the bathroom. I called house keeping, hanged the sign saying make my room outside my door and also told this lady called Charu at the reception and she confirmed that shell get it done.Upon my return the room was as it is the way i left.on my previous stay also the Exact same thing. They removed the make my room sign both the times but NEVER made my room.I sort of started to get habituated with the hotel but this is making me think to change the hotel. As when you return from entire day of Mumbai city you dont want your room to smell of Wet Towels.Otherwise the staff are very friendly,helpful and always offering you complimentary water,tea and coffee. Feels like home but house keeping need to Surely improve.BestJimmy

I had a booking for 2 deluxe rooms. However, i was offered a family suite complimentary by the Hotel. The Rooms were spacious and food was awesome. Overall the experience was good. This was my second time stay at Emarald Hotel and i find the hotel perfect for families, couples etc.

Best hotel for family

While its a clean place with friendly staff and very popular with budget travellers, business men will find it a trifle restricted, the rooms are not very aesthetic and the ambience ia not that great. But sincerely, they are trying their best. Restaurant staff could do with a little courtesy and hospitality training. At times you feel there is an air of indifference.If you are travelling with your family and dont care for a luxurious setting, then Hotel Emerald may be fine.

I do not want to give Very Good rating neither Average here. According to me this hotel is Good not Very Good.Actually this hotel is formed by converting a service apartment into a hotel. My room was spacious , clean well lit. Definitely no view from window but anyways for this time It wont bother as I stayed for one night. There was a small kitchen associated and toilet was also clean and well maintained. Only thing I complain that breakfast buffet was not good neither in terms of taste nor in terms of options. Better you can take food nearby restaurants (quite many) to get much better food in much lower cost

I booked the Emerald hotel for my recent trip to Mumbai. I would like to thank the hotel staff & management for excellent stay and upgrading my room to 1bhk apartment. Regarding the hotel, the best part is the Location. It is situated at the main Juhu Tara road and approachable to all the best locations nearby. The 1bhk apartment is huge in size for couples. All the amenities inside kitchen, room and hall are good. Rooms are clean and room service is great. They provide decent breakfast menu. The food quality is decent.I would definitely loved to stay again in Emerald hotel. In simple word, full value for money. Simply recommended.

Found a great deal for this hotel on goibibo - **for 2 people/2 nights. The hotel was much much better than what we had expected. The checkin/checkout process was very smooth. The room was good in size with a study table, a normal table chair, cupboards, big mirror, fridge. My blanket had stains and it got changed within mins. The bathroom was also good with a blow dryer and all other necessities - just that the roof was leaking a bit but we dint care much. The breakfast buffet was complimentary and had a good spread. Overall really satisfied 👠🠼 A good hotel to stay if you get a good deal.

One of the best location for stayI stayed here for about 10 days and I really enjoyed my stay no complains. I came here for my rest but that didn’t work out. In the hotel they were busy with a construction. Very annoying. The drilling was so loud. They don’t change the bed sheets they just switch sides. There is only one elevator. There is a very unpleasant smell in the hallways. when it is bedtime, you hear very loud and annoying music in the hallways. How are you supposed to sleep when they are playing music so loudly?! when you order food and put it in the hall to be picked up, it takes at least 24 hours. Very unsanitary. The breakfast was good tho!

Fantastic hotel.Excellent location.Bt food is costly. Doesnt matter as there are options available as hotel is in prime location. Only -ve is, staff members dont like to smile. Even a simple greeting of good morning or evening i hv not experienced neither from housekeeping nor from reception on any day out of my staying of total 4 days in the hotel. Bt surely i cant complain abt services. Bt a service with a smiling face increases its value. A service from robot may not attract complain but looses its warmth. Still i recommend-A fantastic stop-over if money doesnt become that much of constraint. And lastly, the breakfast which comes complementary offers enough choices with good taste to dump inside to avoid a hefty lunch. In other words an excellent money saving option if someone tries hard in breakfast.

Went there to attend a couple of events and dined at their Restaurant Sapphire twice. Great overall experience. Staff and service was great in all aspects. Did at the restaurant (only veg) was great. Tried the soup, mexican rice, and speghetti pesto. All were perfectly cooked, great tasting dishes. Totally recommended

If you are not a celebrity then the staff will treat you like a street guy....I must say please avoid this hotel

Lovely place to stay and good food

Had a decent stay. The rooms are basic but the locality is lovely. There were enough options in breakfast too. The only thing which compelled me to cut one marks is the compact floors area outside rooms which do not have much space to even stand and there were no Tooth Kit and Shaving Kit in the washroom which was later provided upon call to reception.

After spending some time at juhu beach me and my friend decided to head somewhere for lunch, thats when we came across this place. Zomato showing 800rs for 2 made gave a plus point too...They have a wide range of offerings in their menu so plenty of options available too.From the stuff we tried my personal favourite were-Jade Roll- they had a very thick crispy fried breadcrumbs covering stuffed with cheese, bell peppers and veggies inside.Paneer Kalimirch- My mate liked it more, orange yellow curry with a tadka of kalimiri stuffed with lots of paneer chunks.Sabzi Falguni- This one i liked the most, thick palak curry cooked with chopped green chillies and green peas.Both the curries goes well with jeera rice, roti and naan.Firni- its one I dont miss when in menu, but here i missed its thickness.Sapphire hotel emrald

Its a very good Hotel & complete value for money. The Staff is very co operative. Hotel is neat & clean. The only thing earlier when stayed there the breakfast was very good with a no of choices. But now they have shifted the breakfast venue to Sapphire Restaurant & i feel the quality of the same has downgraded. Even after that the same was good but since i use to stay earlier there & experienced a very good quality, i feel the quality is little downgraded. Rest all was fantastic. I was in Mumbai for a business trip and decided to try the hotel. And there were pros and cons to my stay.Pros:1. Great location2. Room is decent but not that great. (Keeping the price in mind)3. I booked this hotel after reading all the reviews and taking every information. I was scared but when I reached it was totally a different Hotel. Reception staff was so nice and humble (specially akshay) and give the rooms on higher floors after request. Room was clean and everything was there as compared to five star hotels. Location was so nice and hotel is just walking to Juhu beach and opposite to sea princess Hotel. Breakfast is also good they have limited variety but good. If you are with your family and friends then this is best option to stay.

4 stars? where? how? This place is presented as 4 star accommodation when in reality, it is more like an aging 3 star hotel. The check-in process seems confusing and unnecessarily long. While the rooms were being cleaned, the soiled sheets and towels were left to crowd the stairwells and walkways. The service is friendly but unaccommodating. The fixtures are not only outdated but stained as are the bathmats. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaky, rusted, and accompanied by mold. The fitness center was locked. The business center is a single computer and a printer that has no ink and apparently reception cannot supply more. I would not repeat a stay here nor would I recommend it. If money is a concern, you may be better off finding a well maintain shared accommodation or hostel.

I visited the Banquet room at this property Topaz. This photel is located in the posh Juhu-Tara Road nearby JW Marriott. This property scores full marks when it comes to location.The property seems to be a bit congested. It was clean and neat everywhere. The restrooms seemed like it was planned after all the rooms were constructed.We were served breakfast and tea. I cannot comment on the rooms

They have a pure vegetarian restaurant and a cute café in the front with board games. The food was good, you can however skip the desserts because they are thoroughly underwhelming. Parking is available within the hotel, however there arent a lot of spaces. Overall, decent.
