I stayed at this hotel this month itself. I was fooled by the reviews posted over all the websites that hotel is clean and food is good. But I one really want to go for an honest review kindly do not stay in room like this. The rooms are super unclean. Their were cobwebs in room, room was full of dust and pungent smell like a sulphur bomb blasted in the room. I had the most pathetic experience of my life staying there.

It was really a wonderful experience staying at thus hotel, vibes are positive staff is helpful and room is really nice and clean, I am very concerned about washrooms but here the washroom was very clean and hygienic, I recommend this hotel

It was a nice and clean hotel at a prime location just near to gateway of India with very cooperative and warm staff. The stay experience at Supreme hotel, colaba was totally amazing. A good place to stay in south Mumbai. Good for leisure and business trips. They are now under renovation, so little hiccups was there. However staff were decent and very supportive. The rooms are new, and well maintained, however the room height is very low, only up to the lintel height. So tall guys please take care.

On the bright side .. The hotel is very clean .. but its kind of expensive compared to other hotels in the area .. and workers have weak English .. it takes you forever to explain what you need ..

Such a cool place to stay. Really comfortable beds and super clean bed spreads and blankets! That is just remarkable. The quirky paintings in walls are fun. Good service. Breakfast was an average fare and the taste could be improved. Otherwise this place is like my top favourite value for money Oyo stay in Colaba!

The staff isnt very helpful. Someone of them are downright rude to the guest. Almost all rooms have some or the other issues. Food is also not good and unnecessarily expensive. If you can afford some other hotel take that rather than coming here.

Awful hotel. They publicise themselves as a couple-friendly hotel but we were denied check-in on grounds of being unmarried. Moreover, they were trying to intimidate us by threatening to call the cops (it is NOT illegal to stay with your partner anyway). They also had a bouncer to kick people out specifically unmarried couples. We had a very straight forward conversation with them yet they tried to threaten us subtly.

Neat and clean

All the staff at the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are good from 2nd floor and above. Withthat excluding the door*** who was very nice and was open for joking a bit and having some fun. Your 2g will be way faster than the Wifi they provide. The wifi in the room was good. Food joints are close to this place is its added advantage.

Two star is for restaurant.......... Otherwise worst hotel..... ...laundry is very bad...... We were stayed 5 days there.... Everyday somthing from our laundry was missing...... And very bad housekeeping service...... Only one thing is positive that is restaurant...... Good food veg and non veg.... Both

I had the worst stay I’ve ever had at any hotel. I didn’t sleep much at all! The fridge wasn’t on but there’s milk in there. The room smells and I feel like I’m staying practically on the street it’s so loud. When we checked in there was no loo roll and one towel - I had to ask three times for these basics and it took an hour to get them. The sheets were I’ll fitting and there’s mould or dirt on the doors. The bathroom is tiny and smelt strongly of urine when we arrived. I would not recommend this place it’s not worth your money. Lastly we had to force the door open every time we wanted to enter or leave and the drains need attention. Please see photos to decide for yourself.

Comfortable stay but the remotes of AC and TV didn’t work. No doormats. Towels and Toiletries weren’t given. Also though oyo says this place is couple friendly it isn’t.

Rooms are well maintained. However exhaust fans in the bathroom make unbearable noise and there is no escape from the grueling sound as the light bulb is connected with it. Food at the restaurant is average. Can be had on a regular basis. However, they discriminate between Indians & Westerners. For instance, our dinner starts only after they have finished eating around 8pm. Restaurant staff is very lazy and buffet items are not filled in time. Timing for foreigners is 6pm. Overall, neglecting these small irritating things, my stay was comfortable.

Value for the money.

Its not one of the best but is surely is value for money, one can find best deals from oyorooms app, I had mixed feelings before making the bookings as there was so many negative reviews regarding smelling rooms and stuff so I decided to check the rooms personally before I make bookings and I found it fine so I stayed there. Staff surely needs some improvement but they are not that bad. Next time if I am staying in the same are I surely will check the rates and if they are as competitive as this time I wouldnt mind to stay at the same place.

The rooms were neat & clean,decent service,the locality is good,ambience is good, buffet menu was satisfying. The only minus point is that you have to wait in the hall for check in. Nice n economic place to stay. You can visit different tourist spots from the location.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless. We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y todays travellers like us. The facilities are in good condition. The value for your money is unbelievable. Good thing is location. We would definitely return without hesitation.

Superb location, very close to colaba market, tourist attractions nearby such as gateway of India etc, friendly and courtesy staff, clean n decent rooms, bit old school rooms, the geyser that was in the shower was only of 1 liters, small size and avoid taking room in the ground floor, hell lot of noise. Breakfast options could be better, food was ok, overall an average for south Bombay.i would recommend if you are on a budget travel.

Hotel Supreme is ideal place for busienss purpose stay for lexecutives enterpreneurs. Hotel is located in a Prime location just nearer to Taj. There is an excellent and efficient public transport network. The amenities in the room were top of the line. The price was great for what we received.

Had to take this hotel due to no other option available but at the same time I am thankful they gave me a place to stay as Mumbai had no hotels available that day. Basic amenities in room were missing. Too cramped bathroom and toilet (if you are on slightly healthier side... you have a serious problem my friend;) ). Rooms are just ok kinds.

Good location, easy to find , room service needs to be improved a lot, they should add more variety of products to their breakfast, overall rooms were good, bathroom fitting and fixtures needs repairs, should provide newspaper in rooms, little things that can be done to improve overall standard without much expenditure.

The traffic connections there is just great. Housekeeping did a fine job all week. We enjoyed all the amenities the room had to offer. Breakfast was kinda disappointing with very limited selection. The front desk lacked the courtesy towards and interest in its guests that I have become used to generally around India.

Very nice place to stay in Mumbai if youre in a thick budget. Even though, the building is very old, its well maintained and a very good ambience is available for the inmates. Food served here is also top notch and healthy too.

These are big time cheaters. Be very careful when you are in this hotel. They charged me Rs. 12792 instead of Rs. 2664 saying that it is a technical error. They promised me to return the money and but they never did it.

There is always confusion between the online booking and hotel staff , instead of confirmed booking hotel staff argued that they cancelled the booking. All this happens without any email or any info , traveller suffers . Call the hotel staff prior to making any online booking as that will be very helpful.

Room was dirty had cracked tiles, bed was a bit dirty. The bathroom was decent. The restaurant smelled like medicine but food was decent. Wouldnt come back here again.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked into the room and immediately left as the room was inhabitable. There were stains everywhere on the bed sheets and pillowcases. There was food and trash underneath the bed. There were no towels in the room. When we finally got them, they were stained. No hot water. Hallway floors were dirty. My sheets and everything in the room felt damp. There was a bed bug in my bed, luckily I didn’t lay down. Overall, it was not worth the savings in money when the Hotel President is across the street and only a bit more expensive. You get what you pay for so be cautious of this hotel. Upon coming downstairs to ask for a refund so we could go to a different hotel, they refused to provide it to us and gave us a response that felt as though was given many times prior to other guests. You may as well sleep outside.

Food not upto the mark..some attention towards quality makes u superb.
