I had made advanced booking and still I couldnt meet the doctor as I was kept waiting by the receptionist who kept saying 10 more minutes. The staff was uncooperative and a bit rude. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes I had to leave as I had errands to run. I had a bad experience, wouldnt recommend it.

I love Kaya. Their Kala Ghoda branch is very very clean , the therapist very professional. I am a Kaya customer since the past 15 years. I have done my full face laser hair removal with them and have had excellent results. I am now doing full body laser and my preferred therapist Jayashree, is my personal favorite. She is clean , quick and very professional. She will keep client comfort as her number one priority and will always extend herself to make sure I have a great clinic experience.

I have been a member of Kaya for over 4 years now. I have taken the painless hair laser service and facials along with many products that I purchased.The clinics are hygienic and classy so I feel safe to use their services and products. I liked the Aqua facials. Some products worked well for me and some didnt. The Orange bloom didnt work for me. Buy my most favorite product so far is the Acne Free range with the cleanser toner and moisturizer. Its a sure shot acne treatment and prevention regime. Its been years but still I dont go anywhere without my Acne Free Kaya kit :)

I recently visited Kaya and had laser hair treatment performed. The staff was friendly and polite. My service was done by Shiuli Pai. I cant say enough about how good she is at her work. She takes a lot of care and makes sure you are comfortable through out the procedure. I have done laser with many people before but Shiuli stands out as the best! I was anxious about doing my face but she made sure I was comfortable. My skin had a few bumps after the treatment but they went away in an hour or two. If you are planning on visiting this location be sure to ask for Shiuli Pai as I cant recommend her enough. I was very happy with my laser treatment and will return soon!

Hidden expenses under offers !!!!!There was an offer at Kaya - n Kaya Kala Ghoda where I went for my first facial but I was not happy with the Therapist- Pooja. The room was also not clean n too much noise near the reception v disturbing as it was the room opp the doctor’s cabin.afterwords I was taken to the doctor and she really scared me because she told me that this facial will not give that results as u want rather u should go for PPR n quesic . N I asked her the cost she said 53000/-What a money making racketI’ve paid for 6 tonnes 12,000 at the time on the phone Aastha had told me that you know everything will be taken care of your skin will glow your pigmentation will reduce dark circles will also be taken care of and this doctor confuses me by saying facial will not help you you have to do this and that too after paying the money .N by the way they said in 1st facial only I’ll see the difference there’ll be glow etc but honestly I did not find any difference . I need a better therapist next timeN would never recommend to go to that doc. She herself had uneven ski which was covered with makeup

I’ve been availing services for facial from Kaya - Kalaghoda for more than 3 years.. I only take facials from ‘Shiuli’.. she’s the best at facials and extremely professional. However, my experience with the staff at the reception has always been bad - they have to be reminded time and again that they are work for a reputed service provider and must maintain professionalism. Forgetting appointment dates, messing up with customer preferences, discussing personal life loudly and disturbing customers are some of the issues I’ve faced with the front desk staff. Shiuli and Kaya’s products are the only reason that make me come back to this clinic.
