WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!Never have i been so disappointed with my online shopping, and let me tell you i am one frequent buyer. They dont bother to reply or help you with anything once the payment has been done. In addition there is no return , refund or exchange option on most of their item which they wont highlight before you do the purchasing so you are stuck with their faulty products. Think before you invest your hard earned money in their products.

Very poor underground parking staff and badly managed staff to customers.First of all there are very less staff to guide for parking, wasting our 20min to change parking from here and there.Every brand or store will ensure to be good to its customers as they want to sell their products.But on humanitarian grounds they need to be trained. Also the staff kept using abusive language amongst themselves.We got late billing post 9 pm on Sunday at Central,beside the hometown store only to realise there was no exit through lift inspite being a Sunday.We literally got locked in the store.Only when we started yelling for help someone came to help after 10min. All were in hurry to leave for home.No priority to customers.I will never recommend anyone to visit the place.There are better places online as well places for home furnishings and even clothes. Atleast on weekends ensure you have enough and proper trained people to customers.Have visited Hometown earlier many times but this time was a big disappointment.

That was a good mall i visited brand factory here. Thosr who dont know Brand factory is for clothes only . clothes here are branded and with some discount that usually you dont get in every mall so according to my opinion visit at least one time . And the outside view is also good there is one fountain also that looks nice to me and there is enough space to seat outside . I personally like the wooden varnished bench .

We visited the store in February/March this year. The store manager Mr. Shrinivas and his team were extremely helpful. We bought several items from the store, 1 king size, 1 queen size bed with mattresses, pillows, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, water dispenser, microwave, mixer and grinder, electric kettle and a few other items. We asked them to hold on to the items and took delivery only on Tuesday, June 29th. Their instore and delivery and installation service has been impeccable. Thank you Team Home Town.

I had a very good experience of shopping for furniture for my home. Want to specially mention Department Manager Rohan Singhs name (Hometown Vikhroli) for his exceptional follow up and customer service. Between the time I had made a purchase and the furniture was to be delivered. Rohan had fallen ill but continued to respond to my call. He ensured that the furniture was delivered to my home despite shortage of stock. I think Hometown can do even better if they have a few more Rohan Singh in their team.

Hometown is one of my favourite stores around. Its always a pleasant experience and their collection is amazing. The staff is easy to deal with and extremely helpful and will tirelessly show you around and they don’t force the sale on you. My experience with Sanjog Zimbar from their Vikhroli outlet been extremely good and he was always ready to help without hesitation.

I have just moved to Mumbai from Bangalore and this is the first time I have purchased anything from the Hometown brand and my experience has been horrible .1. I had to literally Fight for the delivery to be made on the committed date .2. No one at the store ever answers the phone . After a million tries then I managed to speak to someone who finally resolved my issue .3. My TIAGO 3 DOOR Wardrobe was fixed in the most Haphazard manner . I opened the cupboard to start loading my clothes in and ALL the shelves fell down . The shelves dont sit properly in the hinges . The guy who fixed it , did a half-and-half job . When I called him back to tell him my problem he tells meI cannot do anything you call the call center and get it resolved .IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ?????I paid close to RS.20,000 for such a cheap product . I will never shop from Home Town ever again . And I will ensure I leave this same feedback on Google as well .My money has gone to a total waste . I am left with a Wardrobe that has NO SHELVES !!!Disgusting .

I bought a bed from home town, the quality of the bed is really poor. Within 6 months the material inside the bed started peeling off. The after sales service team is very poor in communication and lack basic etiquettes and common sense. Got poor response from the service team even after the product is within warranty period. Dont expect quick service from the service team.

Worst ever experience. When you place online orders they end up canceling orders stating that the goods are damaged in transit. The products they deliver are either missing components or of extremely poor quality. Noone bothers to attend despite making complaints.. Customers be aware.
