I ordered two shirts from them. The quality was fantastic. Soft to the touch and extremely comfortable to wear. They also look smart so I can wear them both casually and formally. In addition, it was clear that Vitruvien cared about their customers as they took the time to phone me (in the UK) from India to keep me informed of what was happening. No negative feedback at all.

I just received my second Vitruvien shirt. Ive always liked Egyptian Cotton, and these shirts are of high quality two ply cotton. I did my own measurements for the first shirt. It was just a bit tight in the shoulders but certainly wearable. I sent a photograph of myself wearing the shirt to Vitruvien, and their tailor immediately sent me a correction to make in my measurements. The second shirt fits perfectly. To be able to pick my own collar, pocket, cuffs, buttons, pleats and fit, with a fabric that Ive chosen, allows me to make a statement that is in my comfort zone.

Excellent and timely suggestions and help given in finalizing my husbands measurements, as I was unsure of what to order. Materials are good quality and as described on their site. Quality of workmanship is excellent. With the Classic fit I have found that there is still some tapering from chest through to the waist & hips, whereas I was expecting a looser fit from chest through to hips. We will certainly be ordering his shirts from them in the future

I have ordered 3 shirts through Vitruvien. Once my initial measurements were worked out (which they handled with great care and attention) every shirt I received have fit perfectly. I am a short stocky guy and finding a shirt to fit me is nearly impossible. They are either too big or too tight. Now, I own shirts that fit my body. And I find their price to be extremely reasonable. I am very happy with shirts I have received and plan on ordering more.

I got stitched more than 15 shirts from Vitruvien. I thought of penning my experiences with Vitruvien.Pros:1) Extremely good collection of fabrics. The quality of fabrics can match with best of the brands in the world. Its not an exaggeration. Their fabric is at par with brands like Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger etc.2) Ease of ordering. It is a very well put website and has all the information on the website itself.3)Videos on how to take measurements. A very very useful component on their website. I think it is the best feature.4) Payment acceptable in almost all major currencies. A boon for people living outside India.5) Good customer support.6) Stitching quality is at par with most of ready made shirts.7) Lot of customization features available for shirts like different kinds of collars, cuffs, monograms, tuxedo etc.8)Packaging of the shirt is very good.9) They use reputed couriers like blue dart to ship their shirts.10) Real time monitoring of the status of the shirt.Following are the areas in which they need improvement:1) Delivery time is more than 2 weeks from the day of order. It can be improved.2)The quality of monogram does not match with the monogram of ready made shirts.There are few rough edges in monogram of some of the shirts.3)Since, they display their collection online therefore you might not get the idea of actual colour of the shirt. However, you can order 6 fabrics for 200 rs to get the feel of actual fabric.I am very happy with Vitruvien and am looking for long term relationship with them. I have already persuaded lot of people to get their shirts stitched at Vitruvien.

The Vitruvien is one of the first bespoke tailoring site online for India. I have had an excellent response whether it be their timeline or material. The quality of stitching is great and the clothes are long lasting, if you follow their care rules. The customization possibilities are excellent too. I am surely coming back to them soon.
