I went to their home to pick up a delivery that I absolutely needed the same day to go on vacation, they sent it back to Mondial Relay under the pretext that they were no longer taking delivery. My roommate had had the information that they had received it on Thursday but unfortunately I could not go before Saturday due to moving. Before you do something like this, think about the imperatives people have and give early warning of this type of change. Pitiful service (1/5 remains nice given the situation in which it leaves me, for an order at 130 euros which I needed on time).Besides, I am not judging by the hairdressing service which must be of good quality judging from the comments, but seriously, do not offer to provide a service that you do not do properly.
