The tailor here is a bit more knowledge and a better craftsman than the one in Santacruz location. Advise all potential customers to buy from this place only as a last resort, and dont trust anything they commit to.

Guys, these people are big time fraud!! I gave them order of 2 designer pieces worth 80,000 (40k) - the one which was a ready piece was fine but the customised one turned out to be a disasterous outfit - it was not even close to what I had asked them to make and also was delivered to me post my brother’s wedding on which I was suppose to wear it. Also, let tell you that they took the entire money from me in advance and when the second piece came in late and also was mot the piece that I had asked them to design, the owners refused to refund the money back. That’s how they treat their customers post juicing out the entire money from them. Highly unreliable and unprofessional people and owners. If you do not want your special life occasions to turn INTO A NIGHTMARE then please please don’t goTo LIBAS JUHU TARA ROAD STORE. I am sure their other stores must be like this one only as the owners are the same.If there was an option of giving rating in negative, I would have chosen that rather 1 star rating. Trust me!

Worst experience at Santa Cruz branch. Garment not ready in time. Staff unhelpful subsequently. Interested in taking 70% deposit which now Im told is not refundable. I would not recommend to anyone

Hopeless place to visit . Does not have any sense purchase clothes from here. They actually dont know how to design and stich properly. They even dont konw how to take measurements. I had very bad experience with Danish. Worst place totally waste of money and very expressive.

After my personal experience I can only say the brand Libaas is mere hype. The basic of being a tailor or to name them as fashion designer is to ensure that the stitching is done properly.The buttons dont even last for single day.The button which is put on heavy cloth like jodhpuri turns blackish within 6 month. If you are bride or groom and planning to go with libaas, it will be like added problem of your life.I have stitched 3 outfits and buttons fell from all 3 outfits during the event. Very disappointing.

I have recently purchased dress through exhibition in Hyderabad, i have paid money in full and it has been 3 weeks and there has been no update on the courier details and the Point of Contact hasnt been answering the calls. Finally after calling them for 4weeks they responded and the size was not as requested and are reluctant to exchange and give back my money.

Best work around Juhu from @Indar and @Ridhi.They made the work asper the requirement and gave justification to what we paid .-->Brilliant fitting of clothes-->we only gave 1 trial and all the changes where made on the next-->Delivery of clothes on time as promisedIf you need good fitting and work then try them

Very very bad experience. They ruined my mood just before my marraige. No one for follow ups or to take any responsibility over the clothes that was constructed badly. I recommend plz dont get your clothes done from here. They should actually shut this store. They talk more and work less.

The worst kind of clothing shop ever. I don’t know how this place is still open. The staff is so arrogant. They are super rude and think they are the best in this field, which is a big lie because they know nothing. We had ordered a gown and they never delivered it to us for 4 months and this was after calling them almost every alternate day. This shop is a huge scam and they troubled us so much that we had to file a complaint in the consumer court.Hope it shuts down soon.

Libas in Juhu tara road.Any one from foreign do not come here.The staff are nice however one big problem, I trusted them and paid UK price for Outfit, when they did measurement I made my belly bigger so that when they deliver to UK its not tight however when I received the delivery which was in good time but the out fit was not fitting. Typical I never trusted India with courier I trusted Libas and this is what happens. Too tight..bad job as your not there to tell them where they gone wrong.How can you get measurement wrong when you have taken it. Simple. Dont go better paying a little more and getting done in uk

I went in for one outfit n ended up buying 3 sets!........ And went back for a second helping too!If that doesnt speak volumes for the experience, what else will?Loved the attention to little details, the suggestions were welcome either ways..... for me as well as for them!Didnt realise how time flew by....Thank you Reshma for the wonderful compliments your garments garner for me every time I wear em.

Terrible experience. They promise everything but they never meet deadlines or quality of work. Never pickup calls or respond to messages. Customer service terrible. The Salespersons respond rudely and show too much attitude. Stiching of clothes is even worse. Only big big talks. Over-hyped and over-priced. Avoid at all cost.

We came from New Zealand to find our wedding attire . We were browsing the road full of Indian clothes and ended up here. At first the staff seem friendly and accomodating, but slowly towards the end they become really forceful. They were offering us a good deal but Im someone who needs to research before buying something and Im glad these reviews saved me the pain. They wanted money from us to book an appointment . Funny because even Sabyasachi and Suneet Varma hasnt charged us for appointments. We have decided to go to Sabyasachi and Suneet Varma, Manish Malhotra . Rather focusing on QUALITY than quantity. This place may be good for those who are on a tight budget, but beware.. they seem to deliver on high talks regarding which celebs clothes they make and what not. I dont care if you make clothes for Katrina Kaif or Sunny Leone or John Abraham. Simmer down on the arrogance and 5 people serving a couple. Thats not needed. Felt like a bullying tactic. Thanks for the 7 outfit offer but I need to wear quality not arrogance.

Horrible service.They will promise the world to you and when it finally comes down to deliver, you will have to run behind them to atleast show you the clothes...They never stick to deadlines.They will make you come again n again for trials and finally you have to give up and accept their half finished, under finished products.The worst quality ever.Worst service man- Danish.

People don’t even think of making a suit for any of your functions from Libas. I personally had a worst experience. Nthng promising and happening in this store. They changed the design, the material, the look, the show of the suit without even informing us and trust me they ruined all my suits. I had to cme atleast 6 times for the trial and still the suit was pathetic. The salesperson and the store are also rude in their behaviour and they do not know how to talk to a girl or a lady properly. They wont coordinate with you at all and the service is also worst. I even had a talk with Riyaz Gangji , he is the worst person i have ever met in my life. Riyaz Gangji also fails to know how to talk to a lady/girl. They don’t respect women at all and also they talk harsh!So guys DO NOT I repeat DO NOT even think of visiting this store. It’s pathetic!Guys pls all i need is ur support to show such ppl and show libas tht it needs improvement and specially warn them to improve and talk to people properly!
