Third class customer service, especially the mobile merchants, no discount no after sale service waste of money.1) they will not give you discount on anything2) over chargeable stuff, completely not worth it.3) No after sales services, no point for paying and not gettong after sale services4)the person assisting was least interested, for phone repair he opened a big mouth where as same service was provided by another merchant for half the price.5)no parking available, they have no parking services6) fake products - most important they sell first copy stuff stating its real , they are 100% fake, victoria secret mist which has different bottle shape.NOT DECENT AT ALL

I had to change my phone screen and was told that it would cost Rs. 2000. When I went back to the store with my phone, I was told that an original would cost Rs. 4000 - half the cost of the phone and a copy would cost Rs. 1800. They assured me that the copy would work just as well as the original but I am facing serious sensitivity touch issues with the screen. Very unhappy.

This Is a store that charges 2% for swiping your card. HDFC BANK merchant services will be hearing about this. Additionally they are charging 16300 for a phone at MRP of 15999 which is also not correct. This will be reported to consumer court
