BAD After Sales ServiceI have purchased (full advance payment) Cosco home multi gym machine from your Dadar TT store on 31st March 2021… The machine was delivered and installed on 1st or 2nd April 2021.At the time of installation i had noticed that the seating part of the said machine was faulty welded from the company’s end… I immediately informed the person who was installing the machine… He said he will install now and someone will get back on this… Later I called at the your store many times but due to lockdown Excuse, NO service was given.The machine was hardly used for max 15 times and on 21st June 2021 the said part came off… I immediately took the photograph and had sent it to you your store manager Suyog. After that I have made many follow up calls and nearly after 2 weeks a technician had visited my house to check the machine… After inspection he also said that it was a company’s faulty part and he will be sending it to the company and new part will be replaced… Now nearly waiting and calling continuously at your store and Suyog, On 7th July I got a call from suyog and he said the part is not available now in the company and it will not be available for next 3 months (which is unbelievable). He said that he has done the welding of the faulty old part and the technician will install it now and as soon as the new part comes from the company (maximum in 3months) that part will be installed… Looking at the poor after sales service in last few months I asked him to give me in writing as I think in future too some excuses will be made from your ends.. I asked him to share the official email I’d so that we can have the conversation on record but till now he is has not provided me any email I’d… This is reputed store and Im one of your old customer… Please look at the after sales service too and please give me the replacement of a new part from company as soon as possible.

Giving this place 1 star because there isnt an option of giving them 0 stars. I called them up and asked them about the availability of a bat toe guard to which the person on the phone said its available. On going there, the staff says that they do keep it but it isnt in the stock right now. When I tell them I just spoke to someone on the phone 10 minutes back they say that they dont know about stock at the counter and maybe they must have said yes without asking us.There was no sincere apology or regret about wasting my time from any staff member. If the person at the counter doesnt know about stock availability then why is he answering calls, might as well give him a back office job. And Id rather talk to neanderthals than their pathetic ape level daft employees. Would never recommend the store. Rather go to metro to buy sports goods, there are many good stores with great service, way better pricing who want to do business and respect peoples time.

Reasonably nice place for sports equipment. However make sure that you research exactly what you want to buy in advance, as they will not refund you any money in case the product doesnt work out well or if there is any defect ,they give a credit note so you have to purchase some goods in future.

Nike Zoom Span! I have not used much maybe 4/5time overall within 3 to 4 months..costing around 9k...they dont have strong bound with companies for returns.

I have got 2 badminton rackets and have gotten one restrung from their. if u buy the string from them they restrung it for free. (you only pay for the string) The charges for only restringing are also pretty affordable.the rackets and the strings are of great quality. the staff is also helpful.

One of the Most unprofessional, unreliable and disappointing experince. These people are just intrested in selling things on there terms and there way they are not realy professional people (especially Mr. Bhavesh (their Sales person as well as their documentation department). I got cheated by them as well as inccured a Loss of INR 2,00,000/- due to their unprofessionality as well as intended delays.I tried to work with them reading the reviews about them and so I did a trial purhase of INR 31,588/- placed an order with them in the month of November 2018 for export of the purchase, I credited the respective Invoiced amount to their account in the first week of December 2018 till date I do not have the purchased stock with me and they have not even refunded me back my paid amount. The whole thing in a nutshell is, as per the new rule laid down by the Expots and Customs department in India, every material seller or supplier is needed to provide his / their company KYC documentation, the right remittance received Invoice as well as their IEC code documentation with cumpulsory Export customs approval documentation on their company name. For this from day one around September 2018 Mr. Bhavesh kept on tell me that their company can legal do an export from India to any legal country around the World. To which as a trial I took up a chance to test their professionality and capability to which I placed an order and paid them INR 31,588/- . If they would have performed this trial purchase I would have gone ahead with a purchase of approx INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000/- or more. As per my commitment with them I am supposed to organize everything further to export out the cargo through my cargo handler, so I connected them with my Cargo handler in Mumbai by 20th or 21st December 2018, to which their admin staff were very negative or uncooperative. I made almost four visits to their office all the way from my based to understand what was their difficulty. Everytime at my visit something would get agreed and accepted by them but unexpectedly everything gone to vain, every two or three days later Mr. Bhavesh would call back cribbing like a child back to square one and until 25th January 2019 nothing cunstructive got concluded or any right cooperation came up from their end to resolve this matter. Due to all this I inccured a loss as my end client cancelled my orders as well as penalized me by confesticating my bid deposit and also by charging me a 10% penalty every month for delay for not delivering the goods respectively which were purchased from them. Till now they dont even have the decency to pay me back the Principal amount paid to them.If you intend to buy anything from them dont agree to pay them upfront or pay them any deposite for the goods first make sure they have the item in stock with them at the location or the store you intend to buy from. As once you have paid them they are really not bothered about you, they will answer you as per their convinience and comfort. You will have to follow up with them everytime and they will never get back to you themselves, atleast in my case they did not take any initiative till date.If needed I can provide all related documentation about this transaction and I challenge them to denie to this happening.Do be careful.

Store is quite big and also very spacious you can find all of the sports material and equipment and accessories over here but the service is not at all good.My experience: I wanted to buy a cover plastic cover for the carrying purpose of the bat.and I ask for the cover but they almost took 20 minutes for the purchase.and for the information there was four people working as a staff and two as a manager still it took 20 minutes for the bat cover to be purchased.

The store is good for finding any type of sports equipments(cricket kits , football, etc.) and fitness equipments (jerseys, sports shoes, etc.)and they are also very good with the customers , (i personal visited it for buying a DSC bat, i asked for having to check the bat by feeling it in hands, they gave it to try without any hesitation.)But the prices where slightly high.Overall it was a nice experience to visit it.

While the items you get at Total Sports are branded, and hence one may say, so what!! But I can say this with complete authority post multiple experiences, the team of Total Sports is excellent with their Customer Service !!! On 2 occasions, I had to get my purchased items replaced, one time due to the item being faulty and the other time, it was a choice based decision. On BOTH occasions, the team was so polite, welcoming and forthcoming !!! Have visited decathlon and total sport both, decathlon is organised in a modern way; equipments sorted by sports, whereas total sports has sections based on type of products required; equipments, clothing, nutrition etc. Both have their own benefits but I visit total sports mostly for nutrition supplements and fitness equipments for which they have an upper hand over decathlon.

A store where youll find a to z equipments required for most kind of sports. The only minus point is that everything is a bit expensive and discounts arent much. But the service and the employees are quite helpful. They have a wide range of sports and workout shoes and jerseys as well. They house almost all sports brands. This shop is located at Dadar Khodadad Circle.

The agent did his work very well. But I am not pleased with the owner himself. He was just outright shouting on the phone. He was leaving a bad experience in my mind. If he had to speak something intense then he should have gone out of the shop and continued. But no, he chose not to. He kept on shouting over the phone in my (customers) presence. Will I go back there again after this experience to see that persons face? Of course not. So who lost in the end? One has to take care of the customer while doing business. All that show off with the store is of no use if one cant keep a simple smile on ones face. A smile can take you far even if the price is higher that other stores. But unfortunately some businessmen like this one fail to understand this basic rule.I regret giving one star. But I hope this will be a learning curve for this person. The agent did well. He was good. But one star is what I can afford on account of this jackass.....

I was disappointed as second time I did not get the season cricket ball I was looking for within 25 days. No stock of SG season cricket balls of average cost for daily use in nets. Coming to total sports is because of the name and standard it has built. But if repeatedly you do not get what you want then what is the point of shopping there. Hope you replenish your stock often. Also, got a feeling this time that sales person was more interested in showing football studs to other customer than he was in entertaining my request for 2 season cricket balls and 3 soft tennis balls.
