Didnt even completed my Full and Final settlement.

This is worst company I feel.i attended interview but hr inform very late not one day prior.also they took written test and after that 2 interviews.i cleared first two rounds.in the last round a person took interview in a very bad way.that person doesnt have etiquette. He asked me 2- 3 questions I answered right only but he was uselessly arguing over my answer and talking in rude way.Also it was lunch time but the hr didnt allow me to eat my lunch box in their canteen ,said its not allowed and told me to get something from outside. Beware dont go for interview in such company where people dont have knowledge and common etiquette.all the questions asked were not relevant to my experience.

I had given a interview in zycus.The HR is very co-operative she guide me very well my first round is aptitude test and i was rejected first thing i wanted say if they are arranging the aptitude test why dont they inform us so we can prepare for it.All the questions they asked of html is so irrelevant not even used in development.They are judging a experience person without a practical test thats not fair.We choose reserved person and the others choose deserve person that is why we are still developing.

Its good company for freshers. I would not recommend for experienced professionals

Mi and my one friend gone there for interview,At Andheri location. Office was so-so. There HR team was so bad. No planning.They behave so badly, specially one new join girl hr. She was shouting on people.It was my first and last IT interview. It was terrible experience.This company provide software for Improved business. God help there clients.Post was for material engineer, but I think they just want call center people.

Good company for freshers as there are many learning opportunities and get to work on latest technology like java and its framework like spring hibernate, JMS messaging services, jboss, etc. But work life balance is not good.. too much work pressure.. flexible timings but most of the people usually come late after 11am-12pm and leave office after 9-10pm so juniors have to follow such timings because of seniors.. but as a learning opportunities, its good. Its a product based company, so there are lots of requirement changes every now and then.. agile process followed..

This office is very far from Andheri station.Rather get down at Marol Naka via metro and take a auto it will cost 25₹ or take a public transport bus.Or you can reach this place by JVLR highway by taking a bus or a taxi from Kanjurmarg railway station.Remember Seepz gate number 2.You need a entry pass which will only be provided to you by company. So call the HR 10mins before reaching the gate so a person from zycus can get you that pass at the get.

Good working Organization.Just find a good manager and then its tailor made for u.

Worst ever management for procurement analyst drive ever seen. The company which focuses only on communication skills no matter how much talent you are like bill gate or zukerberg, They will make you wait 4-5 hours outside for just a gate pass in Hot Sun and and another few hours indside campus just for a 5-10 min GD in which you be kicked out if u dont speak like englishman. The worst thing when u find out its evening and yet GD is to be conducted and your HR is having Tea and Coffee outside and students waiting since morning leaving drive . As there is no option less than 1 star, so 1 Star. (Seepz drive -23-2-19).

Its a cool company .. every company has its good and bad qualities (same with this company) .. people are good towards you if you be good towards others - so change your self and the world will change for you

No proper management for interview,they call many people in 1 day by telling them for F2F and take apti for sorting people which take more than 2 hours for generating results because only 1 hr do checking of answer manually and many time they provide wrong results and say to people to go home, after apti results there is time for f2f for that they say to take 1.5 hr break but that goes to more than 3+ hour and people have no option for food/cafeteria so its become more irritating, finally f2f start after 3+ hours of break in that also there is no proper management, HR call for people randomly as per her wish means people waiting from morning 10 am are fool, when day end comes they doesnt know how to complete the process and ramp up the process, and ask only 1-2 questions and basis on that provide usual answer as HR will get back to You, just 3 year of experience guy taking interview for lead position thats also surprising, finally many people seated from morning 10 Am got chance to face for f2f at evening 9.30 to get answer as HR will get back to you in next week. Finally people concluded that election of resources may be already done at refrence level and they were doing just formalities of drive to show off. Completely waste of time.
