Its very good for fresher. Company mostly work on Japanese projects ,so that Learning Japanese is necessary, after learning Japanese language you have a chance to visit Japan.

Learning Japanese is must if you are freshers then.. the fees for japanese class is deducted from yours salary every month.No fix timing.. in the ending of your day.. you will hey a new task just before end of day.. and you have to do it on any cost.HR policies and Salary structure are very poor ( main goal is to deduct money from your pocket)No fixed platform to work.. at the end all you know is little things from all the platform which you worked.Better you consider Google and Glassdoor reviews for your future.

First of all, there is nothing like management in this company (Thank me, I am calling it a company). Working here like a slave, you will be provided a salary to survive only. It doesn’t matter how you perform, you will get appreciation (if you get it) in verbal form only. All of their terms and conditions against you will be followed strictly and timely manner, there are very little in favour of employee, and they will be followed way too late or even will never be followed. If you try to talk to them they will warn you about their power.Everything is a formality here. There will appraisal meeting for salary discussion but no matter how good you perform, or bad, you will be getting same salary as others.If you are a sincere programmer, you will surely find senior developer totally dumb. They hire a person keeping in mind that how long this employee will stay here (without demanding any financial growth, because they won’t be giving you any).They have a CGPLI amount which they give quarterly based on performance (again, don’t believe this, everyone gets same amount in this too.).They will force you stay back, even though you have completed you task for the day. Its a culture over there. Even a senior developer who was only developer for that technology, left that company because of this. Looks like they don’t care whether the company going to be stable or not in near future. You will get know the dumbest management and employee relations there. They do development on JUGAD technology. There is nothing like best practice and periodically employee training.In the name of growth, they will talk about Onsite opportunity in Japan, which is again a trap. When the outsource you, you will be getting 20% of total amount paid by hiring company. You will be able to survive only, and they will stop your offshore salary. And you will be doing documentation only in Japan, if you got some luck then maybe you will get testing tasks too (LOL). You won’t be learning much here if you aren’t self-learner because seniors here are just for their number of years not by their ability.There is only one positive in joining this company, and that is you won’t feel like unemployed. :PThey will talk about professionalism and teamwork for their own, they are completely unprofessional. They barely can write a formal email.Management team is whole family who runs the company so it’s clear that you can’t blame for any company’s unwanted or wrong activity.The funny and irritating thing is that, the more higher level of designation you go, dumber people you will see. The conclusion is, wait and prepare for good companies, just don’t get carried away for the sake of JAVA.Well there are many more…
