I was very skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I still went ahead and purchased Office Home and Student 2013. The email did not come right away and I started to worry, so I called to check on my order. Turns out, it was being verified for my security and while I was on the phone with them, I did not notice that the email was already in. They offered to help me install it and also activate the software. Definitely worth sharing to my peers, friends, and family!
