Should be actually -5 stars. Dell is selling its products via them in India. One day they show some configuration and in matter of hours a new one. I tried contacting them via. customer care, dellstore, email and whatapp.. whatever I tried it was not working. I wanted to pay the remainder amount to upgrade to a new configuration. Then they ship the product and it not not returnable as per the policy. Well planned.

Got a faulty RTX 3080 from Colorful and RP Tech is not picking up the calls to proceed on warranty claims. Extremely disappointed.Edit: thank you for the quick response in reviews, will proceed as requested

There is no negative ratting. These guys dont pick the call or respond to the email. I have been calling them 4-5times a day since past 2 weeks but not picking and same for emailsDont know how Nvidia partnered with themHolding the founders edition GPUsI have called the local branch. They branch people said the GPUs are for shops only not for end customers and I asked them your rptech website have mentioned as GPUs for end customer they replied we dont know about websiteSuch a poor customer support and they dont know how IT industry is ...Stay away from this scammers

Worst customer service ever imaginable, they never respond to anything, let it be over call or mail, you will never get any response, in case they lift the call also , never expect to get any answers or information.

These guys are holding fake flash sale. There websites goes down on sale time. They are misleading customer to think that they are selling GPUs but in reality they are just holding a sale to make customer think that they might get one, instead they are selling these GPUs on inflated price to scalpers. Scamming the gamer of India of a GPU that we are waiting to buy from RPTech for months.

They sell cheap product I ordered through Amazon but it was delivered from rashi periperals.They given me an used product totally fake and fraud

Placed the order via bajajfinserv market. Till now the product has not been shipped yet. No response from either of the party. Its been more than 5 days my money has been debited. Pathetic service.

Guys, is there any negative rating available? Most irresponsible company, dont know how Dell has partnered with them. Neither they answer the call, nor they respond email. Communication is key, no matter how prompt or proactive you are.

I think RP TECH INDIA doesnt know the professionalism, the behaviour of the IT head there is worst, he thinks himself as a celebrity. He is showing so much attitude, it pretends that the whole company is depends on that person. Really he doesnt know how talk and behave with others specially if someone is also a professional. I dont know how company tolerate these type of peoples.

I purchased a 3090FE in October and recieved the item within 4 days. I signed up for their mailing list and got selected through that process to recieve the card.Although everything went smoothly there was still a issue by blue dart where they dropped the box and it was scared on the side. I will be posting pictures here soon. I do know boxes are made to protect the item inside but, such a high value item they shouldve been more careful. And Rptech couldve double boxed it and applied alot more bubble wrap to the item as there was none. But, I cannot complain as I got the card at Msrp which I am very happy about. Although a small compensation wouldve made me happy.Happy to report the card has been working great and I will be posting updates on it. Thank you for a good service and hope you keep improving on it in the future.
