We are working from home in COVID 19 situation. Please inform us correctly when the laptop will be repaired. I was informed a week later than the committed date, also no reply to my messages and queries asked on phone or wats app.Incorrect information about estimate was provided. I also, had given router to be repaired, I was told it will be fixed in half and hour and till next day there was no response.It is a complex set up during COVID and we are answerable in office too !!!!At least commit a realistic date so we can make alternative provisions.Makes me wonder if engineer is on leave?Or there is shortage of staff ??Please please please ! communicate the details and progress of repair. They also provide CCTV cameras slinging along with computer parts and laptops.Only Con about this shop is that it is closed on Sundays. Sunday is the only day when most consumers are free to visit the shop. A good day for any business. It should be closed only on Thursdays.
