Worst company I ever worked in. They dont deserve one star also. Hr are good but TLs AND MANAGERs are very rude with no emotions. My mom passed away and very next day my manager asked me to join back. When I said please provide me leaves he said if you cant join us back today then we have to terminate you or put on hold. In this situation I was in need of financial and emotional support but my manager didnt even supported me. They never care for employees. They only care about their work even clients are worst no OT. They will ask you to work for 15 hours a day in interview they will say you have to work only for 10 hours but its fake.
Worst Company.. this place is full of college freshers you dont have that special feeling of the chosen one. Seniors are narrow minded and are insecure about their job. They are very little helpful in training, mentorship etc. Can be a good start if you are a graphic artist.
Very deceptive with the employees, no chances of growth, all the managers and team leaders have no talent and respect for an agent. Night shift allowance is not mentioned in salary slip but the company does take night shift for many USA client, no transport, no proper canteen , I request to file a rti about this firm so that many more deception comes in front of us.
If you have given your 15 years for education and you value it.Then dont even try to go here.Try something professional unless ita very necessary
Very wrost company. they took 2-3 hours for operational round. when i go for interview that time we are only 2 candidate came for interview there also they call me for interview at 6:00pm and i leave from there at 10:35pm. after my 3rd round at 9:15pm they told me next is your salary discuss round seat outside and no one can come till 10:20pm after i only asked someone than he go and called HR than she said you can leave we will call you for salary discussion on Monday, but they not call me after waiting 2 days i only call them on Wednesday than they said wait we still not decided. after all the very very worst interview section and selection process. if you want to go for interview than it will take lots of time without any reason.

HR is good. After going through interview and test if you got selected then dont get happy.You have to work hard. In time should be fix but going home time is not fixed. If one of your team member is on leave then all pressure is on full team members. Salary is on 18th of month and there wont be any OT until you finish your target. No travelling allowance and facilities.
Great work environment. Good scope for people to grow within company.

The worst company I have ever come across.They will provide you with offer letter and before 3-4 days of joining date they will call up and say we dont have process running and we have kept you on hold.you cant trust them at all.better be aware and think twice before joining.

Office hours depends upon how much work you have on any process.....it might be 8 to 12 hrs.....females do night shift here....casual dresscode .....they dont appreciate people with B.tech or other post graduation degrees
Working only in night shift no day shifts. No Overtime,No travel allowance, No night Allowance.Canteen services are the worst ever seen.There is no professionalism in team or TLsNo holidays for indian festivalsEven if there is 15th August or 26th january u will not get holidays.Saturday & Sunday holidays but if there is work load u have to work on holidays also n u will be not been payed for that days.
Idiots HR, I went for interview for position of Team Coach. Wasted my 5 hrs, Everything along with interviews went fine. Ops managr askd me to wait,Then a lady came and asked to leave said will share feedback next day, Till now didnt heard anything from them. If they get one person who can work for 1k less then they will hire him even if he is stupid and know nothing abt the work. All they care about is cheap workforce, not talent

Interview me 6 hrs bhithate he, last round hone ke bad bolte he call karke batayenge, uske bad phir se interview ka mail bhejte he, sabse gande hr, operation manager chu he sab, sabse ganda interview, 6 , 7 ghante bithaneke bad , aptitude out of 65 (60) milne ke bad bhi, typing spee 50 with 100% accuracy hone ke bad bhi, 4 -5 round hone ke bad bhi , 6-7 ghante bithane ke bad bhi, chu operation manager bolta he call karke bolenge, chuuu hr, ips manager and co.
This company is big in size but it feels that they handpick staff who are rude to the next level and they always look down on you. I was here with a friend who was scheduled for an interview here. Firstly they made him sit in some corner place and literally for 2 hours no one came to even ask for resume. After 2 hours someone came and then they took us to another floor and made to sit again for 40 mins and then after this wait, he was asked if he can come back next day as the concerned person is not at work. Terrible service. The staff here is just not the kind of people you want to interact with.
Powerweave is a US based company, and it is provided software solution like developer, network engine, graphic designer and more.Every one here is so friendly.
There is no saying NO over here and each learned person has something or the other.
Its nothing great. If the budget for office space is low or average this may be a option.Less or very limited parking space.Overall infrastructure is not maintained well.Surroundings is poor...looks shady.Terrace is utilized as pantry but no options for good food inside.
There interview started from 4pm to 11pm and you have to wait till 11pm after interview they said you will get call from us. But they never call so please dont go for interview. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This was worst company i have ever worked for. not even deserve single star. this company is meant only for chamcha type people & kamchoors. They ignore real talent & if you question anything then they will either change your process or terminate you. no pickup & drop services , no security for girls too. 10 hours login time & no ot for extra hours too. please dont join this company. they thrown out many employees without giving any reason. they sell cigrattes on floor. very congested place to work. nallasopara, vasai & virar people rule here.
