Adopted agile methodology. regular scrum and predefined deadlines and release date make you less stay in the night ;) Best part is they take estimates from a developer before release plan. :) Pocket events every quarter & Annual picnic wont make you bore to work here. and Training programs are the add-ons to grow personally.
