Have always repaired MacBooks from here - and they’re absolutely brilliant. They’ve managed to diagnose the problem and offer cost effective repairs since years. I only visit apple service centres during warranty periods of products - post which, Apple service centres are daylight robbery. This is the solution - and a huge part of the reason I’m still okay with buying apple products.

Amar the customer support was very customer friendly and the service Center was also good , they replaced the home button of my iPhone and it’s working fine now.A quick job done but only thing was they removed my screen guard as it was affecting them during service without asking me so I had to put a new screen guard from them , not a big issue but better if it is told as soon as they want to do it instead of telling In the end.It will be much better if the service that is done by technicians happens In a transparent window so customer gets the trust ! Otherwise there is a worry that original parts maybe replace by some other older parts they may have.I hope they have not done that with my phone but will review again after few months.

I brought my MacBook to the store because of severe liquid damage. After less than 2 hours I was called and the diagnosis was given. I was informed about the costs etc., I agreed and was able to pick him up the next day. It works fine. Prices are absolutely fair and the staff are extremely friendly and competent!

I came to Macstation over recommendations from my very good friends.I just popped in without notice and told them I found them through a friend.They looked after we really well and provided with fantastic customer service.Price was very reasonable and laptop was fixed in couple of days.Would return back as it well worth to get the job done from some one you can rely on and trust.

Gave my iPhone 6s in for battery replacement, received it back after two days and it had a tiny crack on the glass (top left). It was not a big deal so I did not say anything. But after ten days I am noticing that there are black lines appearing on the screen. And they are slowly growing. It seems whoever installed the battery ended up damaging the screen as well. I informed Macstation about this but they dont really want to accept responsibility. My bad luck.

Please Dont be fooled, this store has way too high positive reviews for a store that receives so little footfall. Most of the reviews seem to be fake. As per my personal experience these guys are not very competent at their job. They kept my laptop saying I will get a diagnosis by evening but I had to wait for three days and forcefully take my laptop from them. My laptop works fine and only had WiFi issues, but Amar started suggesting all sorts of Motherboard repairs that cost 40-50k. (I got my problem fixed from another vendor for 2k rupees)

I had problems with the iPhone 6, the speakers stopped working, when I received the call, I could not hear anyone, and neither did I. Has decided to address in this service center. I liked that the repair of the iPhone was made in the shortest time, as well as a huge plus is that all the work was quality and they were given a guarantee. Mac station was great help to me I found it from google searching online which landed a good place to me .Happy with the service provided. Staff are competent and follow procedures.Had a great experience getting my 2012 Macbook Pro repaired and running like new again. Was able to get the battery and hard drive replaced in about 24 hours and this only cost about 9500 total. He even took the liberty of cleaning out my fan and replaced another faulty part- free of charge. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I had an iPhone 6, in black. By negligence, I dropped it and the whole body cracked. The sensor did not work, the calls did not pass. I started looking for a service where iPhone repair is done and eventually turned to this one. On examination, I was told that the repair will take 2 days. After 2 days they called me, said that the phone is ready and that I can come and pick it up. I arrived, I got my phone and it was like new. The case was delivered very neatly and also repaired the work of all the functions that stopped working as a result of the fall....

So, I went to Mac station center to help with my crashed hard drive. Even though they said they could possibly help I wasnt comfortable. So i decided to look elsewhere. I found myself at Fast Apple Repair based on the yelp reviews. Right away when I walked in I knew that this was the place that was going to help me. Amar was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a new hard drive and when it didnt work with Mojave he recommended that I go back to Sierra, which now works nicely. He stated to me that Mojave has shown to be a common software problem. He also replaced my battery as well. I highly recommend that people come here for their Apple issues. Why go to the Apple store when you can come here especially if you are out of warranty.This place has really helpful people where they have highly knowledgeable people and also lot of engineers are apple certified technicians .

Great repairs for both iPhone and Apple laptops with very kind customer service. We had two water damaged Macbook Airs which were both fixed and returned back to normal. I gave my laptop off at the store, late afternoon for repair. They replaced the hard drive and add some memory. Past expectations for me. They had 2 macbooks from me. One just needed a battery change, but they serviced the fans too. Now working so well and really quiet. I had given my MacBook Air for repairing to the Tardeo store. My logic board IC was spoiled, and the quote they gave was a high price of rs 13500 (I got it repaired for 8500 elsewhere). I informed them that I don’t want to get it repaired at this cost, so when they returned my MacBook they shorted the electric of my CPU also. I know this because I opened my laptop before giving it for repair, so I know for a fact that the CPU was in working order.They are a scam company they will overcharge you for a repair, and then if you don’t approve their quotation they will spoil your MacBook even more before they return it. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR REVIEWS! The staff is nice but please double check the price before leaving your phone as the staff may be a new comer and he or she may make some mistake on the price.The store is small and it might be hard to find it at first. Its located just at the behind the bus stop . Do call them beforehand if youre worry about the price and they would guide you through phone if you couldnt find the store.Overall experience is decent. Their English level may not be fluent but they provide English form explanation. After repairing your phone you get an one year warranty from the store as well which is decent .

Went in to get my laptop fan cleaned, expected to wait until tomorrow for it to be done but they ended up getting it fixed within the day. Not only that but they also fixed the crack on my monitor frame for no additional fees so with service like that it was definitely worth the price! The staff are friendly, bilingual and reliably professional so the transaction went by quickly with no fuss and I even got a bit of advice. Would definitely recommend them.

I took my MacBook Air at Mac-station after I spilled coffee and milk on it. They were really good at responding and did a fine job repairing it.They have a basic charge if no part needs to be changed, but if they change something they obviously charge you.That was clear from the beginning. The problem was that I only came to the knowledge they had changed a part when I went to pick up my computer, and of course the basic charge went to double the price. When I pointed out no one call me to tell me this, they said they had forgotten to call me and let me know. In the end they were really nice about it, and only charged me for the basic service. The computer works perfectly and the job was done in really good time.Other than that little bump in the road it was perfect.Highly recommend.

Great experience, they came to me, repaired my machine in 24 hours for a flat fee, parts sold at cheaper than what I could find myself online, exactly what I was looking for.I think its just the one technician, so call ahead: as I said before, he picked up my machine from my house & returned it (included in the flat-rate), but I do believe there this is only within certain distances.Ever spill liquid on your machine & then drop it as well? Well, it was one of those types of days. Great stuff, love supporting local businesses.

The Macstation Apple Guys has been taking care of my Mac for over five years, always doing a great job for rock bottom prices. This time it was about undoing my reflex action of upgrading to Catalina (DON’T!), which screwed up some of the apps and isn’t such a great product. That’s a long process, so you can take a walk, or enjoy a good espresso on the house. In the meantime, I watched as other clients came and went, some with much more serious issues than mine, which could have cost them hundreds of thousands if they went to the so called “authorized” Apple service partners, and wait days, if not weeks, for their Mac’s. There is a table with seats and newspaper, which allow customer to sit back and relax while waiting. At my waiting time, I could see how they communicate with their customers. After my phone battery change completed, I was guided through the checklist and was informed of a few other things that was found and therefore fixed at goodwill, which has no extra cost at all. Very happy with macstation grant road branch service. I called today before lunch to find out if Im able to replace my Macbook Air battery during lunch time. I was told that there isnt any stocks left and I can only do it the following day. However, towards the evening, I was told that they managed to get the battery I required. Mac station fixed my Apple MacBook Pro Retina display model in a very short period of time and it was very cost effective. The only downfall was that they couldn’t fix the 2 keys Q AND S which didn’t work from the start so they told me that the keyboard has to be replaced. Brought my Macbook Air 13 A1466 Early 2015 into Macstation after an entire glass of water was spilled over the keyboard. The computer turned off immediately. They charged me 4800 upfront to assess my computer and they let me know that would come off the of total at the end. After assessment, they let me know that my Logic Board and Keyboard needed to be replaced, gave me the quote of 24500 and the repairs would take 3-5business days. I received my laptop computer back in working order within the 3-5 business days and was charged 24500 I am appreciative of their service at a fair price. They don’t charge me for keyboard which is highly appreciated. And they refund me 4800.

Was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I can assure you that Macstation is doing great job . The battery of my MBA 2011 finally died on me and if you use your Mac everyday, you would know how heartbreaking it was! First place I called was Mac service centre but apparently my model is vintage and they do t have parts. After Googling, I found and called Macstation . They gave me a quote, I met them and I no longer have to buy a new Mac! Im extremely pleased with their service and I would recommend them to anyone. The only unfortunate part is that they also provide instant door to door service which I didnt knew and had to rush to there branch in mumbais heavy traffic. But they completed the job in less than half n hour.

I cant say enough good things about Jatin and Karan and this place. They are fast and knowledgeable and friendly, and Ive never had to bring a repair back. Mostly, though, they will always point out all of your best options whether they will make money on them or not. There have been multiple times that I have asked them for an expensive repair and they have pointed out that getting myself a newer laptop (through Apple, not them) would be more cost-effective. Sunday morning, my computer decided to no longer turn on - and with many hours of work left towards meeting a deadline on Wednesday I was truly panicked towards finding a solution. AMAR suggested that I come by so that he might make a diagnosis . In a matter of a couple of hours he had managed to work around the problem to allow me to finish the work towards the deadline (the Apple Store did not, they wanted to keep the computer for a week to diagnosis/repair). AMAR is a highly competent, gentle mannered and sympathetic professional. (so important in these circumstances!!!) these are people who are really trying to help you figure a way out of the mess, even on a Sunday.Great Service and will recommend forward.

Responded My problem in quick period of time and collected the laptop at no time from the location I was and at no cost they providing instant pick up drop facility all over mumbai , and proper acknowledgement provided by the on field person who collected my laptop and delivered at my timings ( 9:30 pm )Nice experience got from there serviceAnd at cost effective .

We took in our Mac book Pro after the so called experts in the area had failed to fix it. Mac Station not only quickly repaired it but put right the mistakes that had been made when the other company damaged it when they threw it back together. Basically they were brilliant and very reasonably priced. All my data is safe. I will not go anywhere else now!!

Had a wonderful experience with Mac station when I screwed up my macbook screen last week. The staff was well mannered and professional dealing with the technical issues. Also their service changes are almost same as others but genuine parts are used. Highly recommended if you are looking for authentic/authorized apple products support its the best!!!

I found Macstation and the service was excellent. Prompt response and online scheduling. Good interaction before the home visit. Quickly fixed and extended our home network with a powerline solution which I had been unable to do myself with Apple Airport Express.Thanks Guys

I have several times imac and macbook services here and the service in my opinion is very satisfying. Why satisfy? because first seen from the price that is much cheaper than the official service at the apple service center at Mumbai. Besides that the solution offered is also very helpful because my mac was really checked in detail, when I brought it to the official service they said it was a logic board problem and had to replace it but when Macstation checked it was apparently just an I / O and battery problem. As a result, the service costs that could have been 40000 could go down to 12000 had all been settled. In addition, I also kept in touch about the state of my mac, what should be replaced and how much it will cost. Highly recommended for Mac users.
