Very cheap services. Their services are very poor. Their speed is very poor. Always timeout comes and they said optimize query ???? very cheap hosting quality. i3 computer will give better performance that their server. DONT BUY THE HOSTING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am using hostgator since last 4 years. I saw many reviews over here, but I have never faced downtime with them. I am using reseller plan, their technology is good. I am just not happy with the numbers that are given on the website and on the google search. None of them are reachable. This problem is from the beginning.

Purchased a shared hosting from Hostgator India for my own blog..I must say it is one of the most stable and reliable offerings from the provider, comes with heavy discounts and top-notch customer support and services. I felt the overall performance was decent but it definitely could be better. The support team is professional and reliable.

It is a user-friendly, super convenient, and within the budget web host. The service is fast and reliable. Happy with the services provided! Though I feel they have a lot to do when it comes to the features they provide. cPanel and WHMCS help you manage the hosting quite well. Also, the panel could be a bit buggy but the support team’s assistance helped me clear the issues.

Making it easy to host our business online. I chose the Snappy plan because it fitted hand in glove with the requirements we had..the support team is extremely professional and what more can one ask when you get a free SSL and domain with the plan..really decent features.

Begun with an essential Baby facilitating plan with Hostgator India and from that point forward it’s been 2 years and I have updated my plan twice for expanding business. Great effort by the support team for being accessible for every single question I had and for steady help. I also purchased a standalone arrangement (shared) for a new blog that I needed to begin about Turkish food. It has had a stunning response. Had huge amounts of guests/users however, the blog didn’t go down. Incredible speed, uptime, and the greater part of all protected. Much obliged HostGator India!!

Hostgator India - great services, one can easily connect with their support team if stuck anywhere, waiting for more updates on the console, user-friendly interface, and reasonable pricing. Also if you are going for a VPS plan, best is if you take up their Snappy 4000 to test the waters first and if happy go for it and scale-up. That’s the approach I took and was very satisfied..Keep up the good work HostGator India!

I am using their services since past 8 months. But I have to admit that Reseller hosting is DISGUSTING & HORRIBLE. They have outdated servers which does not support new file system and they dont provide options to upgrade them. I will recommend try some other hosting provider then this one.

We opted out for a shared hosting plan with HostGator India and are extremely happy and satisfied with the customer support and on-call responsive services :) its a must today because some of my clients in Singapore and Malaysia were once complaining about the uptime, but their support looked into it and fixed the issue. Such situations call for responsiveness and HostGator’s support was right there when we needed them..

I can say this because I have used it for my own blog and startup business’ website and its performance is really remarkable with the VPS plans HostGator offers. I must say that they need to work a tad bit more on the features they offer and also the things they accommodate in a package for the pricing they have because it looks a bit on the expensive side but performance is really really so good and a very helpful support team.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I tried to permanently delete my account due to privacy issues but their customer support sends clients in circles to frustrate them into not cancelling their account. This is no easy or direct way to cancel their service so I would NOT recommend this hosting service to anyone.

Horrible! Horrible company to deal with. If you are fine with making high risk experiments on your website and ready to face ample downtime with no clue from the support team then choose this company. The support has absolutely no idea on what their admins are doing and you will have to wait the entire day to get things back on track and find that same problem occuring again within few hours. Even if you have to pay double the price for another hosting company, still please go ahead with that and save your self from this horror...

Everyone – Please dont subscribe to #Hostgator hosting services.Its been good 48 hours since I renewed my hosting plan but the service is still down even after payment.I raised a ticket 36 hours ago and there is absolutely no response from #Hostgator. (Ticket ID: #AVY-318-91031).I myself called # hostgator support more than half a dozen times but still there is no movement. On my last call, I realized that their is absolutely no coordination between #hostgator internal teams and the billing team is one big egoistic bunch that they wont respond to requests from their support staff and dont even respond to raised tickets.I strongly suggest never subscribe to #hostgator as their support is THE WORST.

I have called to their customer executive so many times within last 2 months to solve different problems. But everytime I received time consuming response from them. Even they are not solving our problems correctly. If anyone trying to transfer their website to hostgator, I will suggest them not to select hostgator.1. Time consuming response from customer support.2. 10-15 min waiting time to connect customer executive.3. Customer executive is putting our call on hold for 15-20 min constinuesly4. Bad ticket generating system. I am unable to raise a single ticket in last 2 months.5. Plan activation is very slow.6. If they find any bug in your wordpress website, they will block all ports of your website without informing you.7. Bad User interface of softwares.8. No perfect softwares to handle wordpress hosting.and lot more...I have wasted my money by selecting hostgator for my website.
