Fitternity is a TERRIBLE service. I signed up for a 3 month membership. Put it on hold and received written confirmation from them that due to lockdown it can be put on hold. Suddenly I discover that they restarted my membership without asking or even informing me and it has expired. Complete cheats. Plus terrible customer service, nobody answers the phone or replies on chat or email. This company is just trying to scam customers.UPDATE: After this review they contacted me and promised to extend my membership for 3 months (I have written proof). Suddenly, in less than a week, they have cancelled my membership and now refuse to answer calls or reply to messages and emails.

Guys be aware of them before buying any membership through them. I did not trust these reviews and went ahead purchasing 6 months membership expecting merchandise kit and other rewards in return. And it has been a month, they always say that merchadise kit is not yet dispatched and they themselves also dont know when it will be. But they will let me know. Just fooling people. Better purchase membership through gym.

Nice people, good work environment. And i think what they are doing was a big gap in market and they seem to be serving that segment well.
