Horrible company, charged international price for third class services. I have been waiting for almost 7 weeks for getting this software to use in my business where they promised for 3 days only.Whenever i contacted them they say, allow me a day and then 2 weeks gone .Posting this review so that other international clients stay away from this company. They don’t deserve.Attached a screen shot as well.They should not be allowed to work in dubai. I am working on finding a way to contact right authority who can look into this case so that these people can be restricted to work in UAE and other countries.

Using this software from last month it is very simple to use and sophisticated and wherever I found difficulty support team solved it. Support team does impressive work they followed up and help me as per my convenience. At my gym everthing is paperless from inquiry forms to enrollment and receipt is through the software. Gave interview just yesterday (15th Dec 2018) and must say what an awesome interview experience! Although I didnt get selected due to not being technically that strong due to which I couldnt clear the machine based round, but the interview experience was next level. Interviewer sir was a very good and humble guy and the whole interview which went for quite long was a two-way interaction thing. He looked and behaved more like a mentor to me during the whole interview session and gave me advice in what I need to work on. Definitely would go back there for an interview after preparing well and would love to work in that awesome environment. PS : I also love cats and just saw one there in the office premises.

It is an excellent software in Fitness Management. Just a few things are complicated.

Bad After Sales support. we are not a Gym but looking at the software feature explained by the sales person we took our shot, (if it was not compatible with our business model they could have tell us genuinely that its not for you and we would have appreciated it. The team is not efficient and has no professional approach. I had been to the office after my business head was unable to get the software up and running for us, but even after going there and providing them with our clear requirements the team kept under-delivering and the software was no good to us. our team was looking for some basic CRM based options and someone recommended fitness force but its not even helping or not managed our data from excel to this software. the team members give you time for a schedule call and dont be available and when you call them their IVR is always busy they say they will call you back and trust me you will never get a call back.The team will up-front tell you that now they are shutting down as the working hours are over, or they are having lunch, or they have training or some or the other thing all the excuses to not give you time and get your query solved. A very very bad experience.
