I approached faclon labs to monitor energy consumption at my plastics manufacturing unit.The company took ten days to ship my product only to find it delivered at a wrong location.The local installation team had no idea how to install the product at my facility. I had to assign my own engineers to help them. Once installed the product was found faulty and again a long wait fpr new product to be shipped and then installed.After two months i approached the company again since their device was giving wrong readings and the energy consumption shown was way below my electricity bills.I was promised that they would get back to me after consulting an energy auditor. Till date there has been no reply.It seems the founder Mr Parth and my account manager Mr Mukesh are not interested in maintaining any client committments.The companys callous and lackluster attitude just shows that a bunch of engineering students do not have what it takes to run an energy management company. The investors must be made aware of the kind of client management the company is upto.I am very disappointed. As proof i have attached my whatsapp conversation as well.Even after this review, my problems are not solved I will use other forms of media to get my review across.
