We had an extremely unprofessional experience with Darwin Box recently. There was a handshake on the deal with Darwin Box which is why we gave the notice to our existing systems to discontinue. Now Darwin Box is acting pricey and stating that they cant honor the deal coz of change in management policies. Everybody knows that the change in policies doesnt happen overnight. Surely their sales rep should have had a hint about it. We are in a fix now and will need to evaluate, negotiate,finalize and deploy new hrms system within a months time. Do not waste your time with them, apparently they have enough and more business than they can handle. #unprofessionalDarwinBox #neversubscribetothem
