The games and other software are in good condition, but the staff is very rude and sometimes ignorant as to what your question is. I would recommend going here, but wouldnt recommend trying to solve doubts or talk to the staff very much.

You can buy many 2 hand products and they give there price might be higher than outside but they give warranty for 2nd hand products for more than 1 year and they also sell PS4 games and consoles games. Its always better to buy games on mambershipThey some time sell there products more than new product value. So you pay more for 2nd hand than a new one.

Theyre good, but the issue is that they want the device in original state. So if you have not faced any problem then its fine. But if you have asked either someone else or you had to open to repair or fix then they dont take it. This really doesnt help.

Awsome experience. No words to describe so helpful and cooperative. Purchased a 300 gb memory slot for xbox and 8 CDs, they were helpful in making selection not only this I had to take my nephew and niece for gaming so request to keep the purchase packets till we returned and they were like its our privilege to help our customers. I was happy and this was my second visit to the store and both the time I was satisfied.

All products 2nd hand, bought 2 games for ps4, they put the game cd in some bluray box and not the ps4 one, cd was of ps4 but box was of something else

I held off on this review till i finished a chunk of the PS3 game i bought and so far so good.its used so i assume the stock rotates ... besides the usual GTAs and sports titles there is always a chance you could find something fun to play. Prices seem fair.(Games being tested and such).I have always found that when dealing with games the staff at these shops are critical... They need to be well informed. Went to look out for a wired Xbox controller for pc.The sales guy insisted that I would need to buy a receiver even for the USB wired controller.I dont understand what kind of logic would explain to connect a receiver for a USB wired controller.After saying that Ive been using a controller myself and it does not require a receiver the sales guy, bluntly said Ha toh lelo (So just take it) and quoted a price of 1750 INR for a physically damaged controller.When I asked him to check the controller by at least connecting it to their pc as it was physically damaged on right side, he was clearly avoiding it stating that we check the products, and then again agreed because of insisting.I asked him about a MotoG3 which I wanted to sell, he just started the phone saw the boot animation and said the phone has issues.I was stunned.How can someone say that the phone has issues even when it hasnt started completely?He was again being arrogant and asked if the phone was repaired when in reality the phone has never been repaired.Utter waste of time!Would never visit this place again and will inform everyone else for the same.

Pathetic experience. Went to sell my surplus Sony headphone. He was asking questions as if I had stolen the headphones. Finally the guy says I will not buy it because it does not have serial number on it. I showed him from where I bought, I showed him that it is manufactured that way by Sony. Even Sony dosent print SN on headphones. Then gives universal answer Company policy, I cant buy theseBest example of over commitment and under delivery
