Interview Process is really poor.Adnet needs to improve the interview process, There is no point of asking for Salary Slips and offer letters from the candidate before 100 % process is Completed.if client interview is the most important Step. It should be conducted First.Good Amount of time can be saved.Pleaser Consider this as a huge drawback.

I was working here for 2 days only. school life is more better than this company.not any website allowed.everywhere dirt in office.no management skills.if you love politics then go for it.seriously guys its a humble request to all of you to not join this company .everyday someone stolen your things at the workplace.

Worst Experience HR Called Me For Information, Documents, Salary Slips , And She Didnt Contact Back. I call then she said the job is contract basis.Job apply time was not mentioned in any contract basis job.They only do time pass.

Good place for a fresher and experienced persons to join. I was offered for a photo retouching job. As I wasnt aware they dont use Mac and Wacom I didnt have the test.I recommend my former colleague for the interviews.Adnet is good for freshers/experience professional. Huge infrastructure. Easy to reach. Good office environment.

Location is good. But first you wont find its location. You will have to ask many people before reaching here.

Work here only if you are desperate for a job and money.Extremely strict work environment - it feels worst than school.eg. 1- Wear your ids all the time else youll be fined.2- Cell phones not allowed.3- Every break you take has to informed to the security, your In & Out times are noted.4 - For 10 hours shift only 45 mins break during the whole day. For night shift workers no break at all.5- Every time you have to poop you have to ask the receptionist for toilet paper.6- Tissue paper doesnt exist here, even in canteen you have to use toilet paper to clean your hand & face.7- Most of the websites are blocked by the firewall.8- Senior management people keep peeping your screens to check what youre doing & keeps shouting on people.9- Salary increment here is laughable.10- Coming a bit late can result in a deduction in your salary.11 - Very long probation period, this means you can hardly take 2-3 leaves in the first 6-9 months.

Well! This place is for those who don’t have a life or the ones who want to take part in Roadies(because this place is hell and it will train you).
