Third class quality. Owner was so good at the time of purchasing. He sold bata ladies Sandel. I used that for 1 day only. When I asked for d refund, he was so rude and pathetic. I lost my 530/- and that sandel used for 1 day.

In this particular bata showroom earlier staff was very good they treat costumer properly. recent staff is really pathetic . THEY MAKE YOU SYAND FOR HALF AN HOUR THEN TELL YOU SHOE SIZE IS NOT THERE . THAT TO SCHOOL RAINY SHOES FOR CHILDREN. THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO LOOK FOR IT .

My favorite shoe store for the quality of shoes. Range may not be as wide as some of the other brands but it doesnt fail on quality. For kids footwear I swear by Bata.

Very bad experience...the sales staff has no idea about what they are selling..They told me that a bigger size would be available if I wanted to exchange a shoe..when I went there for the exchange..they said it does not come in a bigger size..they should have mentioned this while we were making the purchase ..and they refused to accept that they said so...
