Entered this shop only because we had received a gift voucher from a close friend.If you try to purchase anything using a gift voucher (which is nothing but a prepaid card), for reasons best known to them, they do not give you any discounts and instead give you explanations that do not make sense.Not going back again as there are far better shops with honesty in trade.

This place is a mini heaven for any one who has a hobby of collecting toys and also for parents looking to buy their kids cool toys. They have a nice variety of toys for sale and I have purchased a few items from them in the past. Mostly diecast models and a couple of WWE action figures

Souvenirs is probably the most famous oldest fancy toy stores that was exorbitantly expensive until the 90s... Until the economy and everything else kind of caught up to it.But it afforded you the ability to acquire toys from nearly most places in the world, cue America, that were not otherwise sold in India.Since then, as availability of toys in the general market has improved, their prices have become more reasonable with the opening of Indian markets and a lot of source imports from China.They are reasonable in price for what youre getting and also provide some levels of customer service.I bought a Hot Wheels dual race track set for ₹7000/- which stopped working primarily due to very substandard quality of the product. This is not Souvenirs fault but they shouldve stopped carrying it from the company. Both times they replaced the cars and parts of the track to the best of their availability. However, this set was destined to fail over and over again, ultimately, finding its way into the garbage.

I have been going to Souvenirs for some years now. Its a toy and stationery paradise. They might at times not have what you are looking for but they make up for it by showing you something else. The staff is helpful and courteous. And most importantly they are nice to children. They never hesitate to show toys and always speak happily.

I was delighted to see such large variety of stuff and books for kids. Nice collection of attractive bags too. One can spend quite some time here looking for gift items for tiny tots n the kids. I was pleased to see the staff well dressed in bright uniforms. Full marks to them on that.However, I came out very disappointed with the condescending n unethical behavior of the staff and more so with the owner over a very trivial matter that I dont even feel worthy of mention. Although the collection of stuff is quite good, I dont think I will revisit the shop again. The treatment the owner gave me conveyed to me that they dont need more customers and they dont care for making new ones.Made me wonder whats the use of keeping such nice stuff when u make the customer feel cheap and dont make him feel important.My best wishes to the shop and its management. I would certainly not recommend anyone to visit this shop. At least on the basis of the ethics and unfriendly atmosphere.I would give four 🌟 for the stuff there but half a 🌟 for overall experience.

An all time favourite. Souvenirs has always had the best & latest toys in the city. Also, excellent management and staff. Highly recommended.

A very friendly and helpful toy shop with classic board games, new age toys and huge range variety of play gift items for Kids of all ages.

Opening timings are mentioned incorrectly. Its 10:30 and we are outside the shop. Shutters are still not full up and we still they are cleaning the shop. We are told it will still take 15 minutes more. Though the products are good and staff friendly and helpful.

Met a senior citizen who used to visit this shop for toys when she was 12 years old. Since 1960, this shop has made generations of clients. Pleasant memories.

We went there with the purpose of buying toys for the Asha Sedan orphanage. We got such a nice help, we traded for SEK 2000 and got goods for the quadruple. The staff looked shocked, it is probably not that often tourists come in and shop for such a sum.
