Visited today, on 19th Aug 21. Very well disciplined... Each & Every staff was with mask... very polite... Security guards were very helpful.. 👍Only wonder was - Only one bill / collection counter, on 1st floor was operative, for entire 3 storied shoppimg mall 🤔 Why ?... 😔😠

Good and coperative staff. Isolated (individual) store not in mall. But you can enjoy like mall. 3 to 4 story building. Variety is good.

It was a very pleasant experience of shopping at your Shopper Stop Andheri outlet. The communication with the sales person Shahnavaz khan from Swarovski was excellent. He followed up on my inquiry and wanted to make sure I had all the information needed. He offered to assist in any way to make sure I was satisfied.

Shoppers Stop is a one stop destination for all that you need. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Laxmi, the support staff did a wonderful job assisting me and my family during our shopping at the Andheri branch. She patiently, relentlessly and most willingly helped us pick up the right things we needed for nearly 3 hours. She gave some great advice on what the best deals which spoke volumes about her awareness on all women’s products. Must say that such a hardworking and happy staff is the icing on the cake for SS. Keep up the great work!

Good place...but they dont have much options in sunglasses...I asked them for sun glasses with only 1 colour shade for example only black lens... But they kept on showing me Gradient glasses and 2 tone lenses

Just have gone to Shopper Stop at Andheri West.... Necessary protocol towards hygiene and safety were fully followed by them. Less crowded. Courteous staff. Working hours 11 am to 10 pm daily.

Staff are very polite and very well versed in soft selling skills. Never push or force you buy. Ask your needs based questions and recommend merchandise.Inspired of the pandemic they were cheerful and cooperative.

Billing will take forever. The billing staff is not bothered at all and take up average 15 mins each customer. They dont seem to hurry. It took me 35 mins in the billing line to buy just one product. Staff is trained to not be bothered at all and take longest time possible. On top of that, one billing system was vacant because they did not have any staff to handle it, when in fact two guys were manning a single machine.

Billing will take approx 30-45 mins. Be prepared to stand in que after shopping experience. Staff totally laid back. Completely opposite of floor staff who work hard in finding you the product of your choice.

Shoppers stop is by far one of the best shopping place in the town. You can get huge variety of clothes starting from low to med to high ranges. The staff here is courteous and attentive. On top of that one can get exciting offers on purchase of 2-3k worth of products. A must visit place!

I just visited today 16th sep 2021,for some western party dresses , it’s really nice has all good collection under one roof and all various kinds of shopping departments at one place is a great thing. One good thing for me was they don’t need COVID vaccination certificate to enter, so I went there.I had a good shopping experience. Really good ,cooperative and polite staff .

Shahnawaz Khan was very helpful while we were trying to select the Swaroski Crystal Necklace and gave his expert advice on the jewellery we prospected to buy. He asked certain questions and on the basis of those, he helped us by showing variety of Necklaces that we would prefer to purchase. He also helped us in zero-ing down the best suited crystal that we should purchase as it fitted us in all ways.When I asked to “gift-wrap” the crystal he told us that the guy who does the gift wrapping, was on leave and so he pro-actively took that ownership and gifted the jewellery for us. Though not a good wrapping(scope of improvement is there) but again his gesture of coming forward and helping the customer in best possible way is commendable and that’s what a customer looks when he visits any store.Thanks Shahnawaz for that keenness towards your patrons. Shoppers is a great place to shop usually like the brand collection they have here. Its usually very well organised. The only thing that disappoints here is in case you are stuck nobody from the staff will come and help you or guide unless you approach them but they just stand and chill. They can still do a better job.

Shoppers stop Andheri is a great shopping destination. The place is very well maintained and quite spacious and therefore youll never feel the crowd. Ground floor consists of perfumes, watches, makeup items etc. Top floors contains clothes for men and women. They also have a floor for shoes, ties, wallets etc. They cater to a lot of brands and offer mouthwatering discounts during sale period. They have adequate change rooms, so you dont have to wait in long queues. There is also a small section of Cafe Coffee day. Parking is available here. Must visit place for shoppers.
