As soon as you enter theres nobody whos checking your temperature actually whose work it is that person is sitting in the ladies checking section and doing TP on the phone. Sometimes they let you in with only 1 vaccination dose completed sometimes they ask for both its as per their mood or what God knows I recently visited on the 19th of September 2021 they allowed me inside with one vaccination dose and today is 21st September 2021 theyre asking for both the doses. They make their own rules 👍🏻

Almost all that you want can be found here. Great place for one stop shop. Would prefer more if the clothing section had better western styles for girls. In short it is good for other things like groceries and snacks. Service is great too. Worth visiting if you wanna get your daily supplies.

Very Very poor service by Reliance Customer Service Centre. Replaced motherboard of my Brothers Dongle in the month of July end which got spoilt within 2 months ie. in September. Waiting for the call for replacement but no reply from their side. Again have to pay for new motherboard. Naya tareeka ha ha .. abhi tak sirf suna tha ... hope this will not spoil again within 2 months and pay again.

The reliance smart has recently been renovated and it looks so so so much better and organized than before. Earlier it was unclean and congested. They have also added a new jewellery store. Its a must go.

The mall has spacious parking. spacious laid out stores. Medicines,jewels, digital appliances, clothes and daily provisions - all under one roof. Good staff. I like to shop from reliance but it is too crowded and too long waiting line. Even at cash counter there is a wait line. Now in lockdown they do covid test on gate which is good.

Absolutely fake service avoid taking bags from here the they show warranty of 5 years with discount and all but these are just speeches nothing is true. All they do is provide with warranty proof and later no issue is solved. I recommend that reliance should stop providing such fake service also manager runs away so that customers cannot contact him

Its like a mall in itself. I went to Reliance superstore. Its like big bazaar, but a little less managed and organised. The staff is also not that well trained. Good for buying groceries. I wouldnt recommend for veggies and fruits. Not because of the price, thats almost same or less than the road side vendor, but because of the quality of veggies and fruits, they ask are hybrid. So i ended up not buying any veggies. Among fruits i only bought strawberry and water melon. Also plz take your own bags since they charge₹25 for a big bag which is basically a medium size bag.

Cosmetics and other makeup accessories can also be found here. On the first floor you will first find backpacks and travel suitcases. Then you will find footwear ranging from brands like Bata, Nike, Adidas, Puma and other local brands also. On the same floor you will find men and women clothing and also kids wear. On the second floor you will find all electronics like mobile phone and its accessories, televisions, cameras, washing machines, home theatre systems, etc all at one place.

I was visit at jio Mart in santacruz west.Service was pathetic. Because I was given to cashier sanket patil to redeem my point in my card.He without any asking he directly swiped my card.Which is very disappointing.So make sure before swiped the amount please asked to us.

Not good for shopping groceries as all is mixed , dal is mixed in sugar and so on , all the bags they provide are paper bags , which tear off very easily and are also not available.

Mall is ok - 3 floors of shopping. The ground floor pharmacy is good. Electronics and clothing in ground floor, toiletries and others at 1st floor while grains pulses oil and other items on 2nd floor. all prices competitive with regards to Dmart & Metro. Food corner with chat and icecream on 2nd floor also good.

All the products have a cheaper alternative under the Reliance brand. The place often also has offers.However, the billing process takes forever because not all the counters are working everytime.

Tokens available between 9 am to 10 am. Mall open on all days including Sundays between 9 am to 4 pm. Minimum waiting time is half an hour this is excluding shopping time. Stay Safe Shop to your Maximum Content.
