I had a great experience shopping here for ladies hand bags for gifting and personal use.I had gone along with my family as there was a wedding due and we had to purchase lots of stuff.the staff was very cooperative and catered to our needs peacefully.we purchased luggage bags and shoes as well as they were greatly priced and we did not feel the need to waste our money in buying branded and expensive stuff.We have been buying stuff now for almost 10 years and the quality control is phenomenal. Of course they do provide great after sales service.I would highly recommend this shop especially for wedding and bulk shopping as its a one place where you get everything and you dont have to waste your time bargaining as they have a fixed priced policy.

I would opted not to rate single star.The LV tote bag I bought 6 month back , its belt tore and leather quality was very poor.,I asked them repair those belts they ask 900rs for this,which was very unreasonable as I bought bag for Rs.2000,warranty was was for 1 year.I am planning to file a complaint in consumer forum.

I had came from nashik for my trousou shopping one of my relative recommended me this shop but I use to buy foreign brands so dint bothered much and bought a bag from phonex mall parel since I dunt noe much about mumbai so thot of going to malls for shopping but later wen my cousin forcefully took der I WAS FASCINATED with the collection and prices and the collectionI got around 25k bags but actually mi budget was 1 lac but got all in jst 1/4 priceAlsso person RAFIQ REALLY V HELPFULLWOULD DEFINATELLY RECOMMEND this place to all my family and friends

They are persistent to sell. And if their product is faulty or have taken a prebooked order, they dont return calls. Thugs and total scoundrels. Dont fall for their traps.Just an example of what happened with me: Bought a purse for an occasion, the button bounced off that day to humiliate more than the beautiful accessory. Same time placed an order for another purse with deliver in a week. No response when i went after a week they told me the material is not available. Frankly, that’s not professional to promise a delivery in a week, inform atleast. But why do they care? The earlier purse is still in repairs and they have no clue of it. If i dont get a call from them in next 24hrs, i will be left with no option but to take this more seriously.Request others also to share their experiences to save others from these loot.

These owner brothers are true salesman, beware of their sweet talks. They claim to have their own manufacturing unit and will also point out at CCTV monitor which according to them is directly watching over manufacturing process. But if you look closely enough, the screen shows just the shop premises and a godown. Do bargain for price, they will try to sell a Rs 300 thing for Rs 800. I think the leather goods sold by them are not of finest leather, even they say so. Lastly, if you want to use your card for payment they will charge you extra 18% GST too.

Good store with variety of bags. However from the multiple bags i have bought, the wear tear of bag really depends. In my bags which i used for daily office purpose got started peeling off from the edges which was not positive. If you are looking for variety its good. Price is mid range to expensive

Very poor quality bags they are selling. My wifes bag started peeling of the leather coating the next day we brought the bag. While buying the bag they speak very nicely to you but when you take the befected bag, they are not at all nice to you. Roadside sellers bags quality is vettbe than La-Vinci. Please guys do not buy anything from here. Worst experience with them
