It was Great Experience. i was working from last 5 yrs. It was an awesome working experience It was very challenging in the starting but it help me a lot and increased my confidence. My bond with all my colleagues and company is same till date. Everyone was very helpful in my initial days when i started my job and there guidance help me a lot to grow.Company has very well management System. Everything is properly functionalized and organized. Employee get their Salary on time.

I dont know why people are posting negative review. I bet no other company would be taking care of employees as Aarvi do. As far as I am concern, company is continuously performing towards betterment of employees and taking good care of them. Best place to work.

Aarvi Encon is a good company. The company is very well organized and managed. The Director, Managers and the staff are very good with their behaviours. There is a very friendly and comfortable environment. Our salaries were on time and fully paid, in the pandemic situation as well.

What a pathetic organization I started my job journey in 2014 but i never seen this kind of company. At the time of joining of Aarvi encon i was Very happy . When I got my first month of salary with huge deduction I tried to catch Hr but they didnt answer my Mail/call/message and same in second months of my salary deducted. I worked in Hpcl Mumbai in shutdown HR deduct my salary without any inform they didnt receive my call and even not reply my message /mail.. Fraud company.... HR are very informal to me...

I am working in Aarvi for HPCL shutdown in Mumbai. They cut my salary by 12000 and give a less amount at this covid time. This is my first experience in a company like this. They treat engineers like slaves. In my appointment letter they told me like 1200per day as salary right now they came with a punching list and cut the salary per hour. Everyone knows the condition in Mumbai in covid time buses only carring one person per seat and lockdown is going full after 8pm to 8am. But my working time is other than 8am to 8pm,if to buy necessary things you came out early at some times by the support from HPCL Engineer. At least they understand thing , but aarvi Management they behave like rude. For about my salary issues I called HR they didnt take call or dont give response s for my messages. We are almost 80peoples are working in shutdown if they cut this much of amount from one person should causes how much profit for that company will take to cut salaries from 80people. The things in other company in HPCL likes Roberent, bonas they gave their salary properly and they also have bonus in covid time. This company will make profit from working class people s so if someone who brought shares from this company will be warned. I continually working for almost more than 65 days and from this way they already make 24000 from me.

So Rubbish company.... They cut salary without saying any reason.And i m try to call Or messages but they dont reply.Plz avoid this company....

Good consulting firm but there are two offices of aarvi encorn one at mentioned address and other very close to railway station most of HR sits in offices near railway station...Office location which one is near railway station located vary critical area hard to find

Worst consultancy ever.. I came all the way from delhi to Mumbai just for the interview for engineering firm.. after Visiting that firm I got to know my resume is not suitable for the position.. and they asked me why you havent asked for the telephonic interview..but before coming I asked them for telephonic interview but they refused. Its just a waste of time for me and the HOD of that firm.
