Paid fully for a wet grinder one week back. After calling the shop guys for more than 10 times and bearing their rude behavior, finally got my grinder. Also, gave my old food processor for repairing. Not receiving any update on that after 4 days, I called them again for 10 times to know that it will take another 1 week. If you want to suffer and go through the nonsense, please buy the useless and outdated stuff that Prestige Exclusive SV Road has. Good luck guys!Pathetic, rude, horrible and useless owner and staff

Good place to get genuine Prestige products and get service of your prestige products. Spares are genuine. If you call them befor your visit they will let you know the status of availability. Hence you will save your time and efforts. Over all good experience.

Never ever buy anything from prestige. Worst customer service i have ever received from a brand from 30 days calling every day. No one solves the query. So guys before buying anything from here i am giving my review of after service which they provide is pathetic. And ya stop calling your self no.1 brand of india my fooooot. Very bad experience regarding after sale service...they just give you useless and pathetic reasons to repair/ replace the product.... supervisor is high on his attitude..he need to learn basic manners as to how to talk with customers....he just cuts the call.....my product replacement is pending from last 20 days now....no action till date... only giving faltuuuu reasons for not attending by technician.Very disappointing experience😡

Pathetic after sales service. Staff does not have manners to talk, neither they feel courtesy to help Customers. They simply refuse to repair/replace under warranty Products by giving numerous reasons. I recommend not to buy their products, instead go for other brands.

Pathetic after sales service. Bought a 4 Burner Glass top stove in August 2020. One of the Burners is stuck. Raised a complain 3 weeks ago - MUMB1785449. No response and the call centre says they will escalate. Please dont buy their products.

This store is a joke for a flagship store. 3 out of 4 products we wanted to buy were on display but not in stock and they had no idea when these items will be restocked. the staff had no idea about even basic differences between 2 products to explain why one was more expensive than the other. The customer service itself was very poor. After we politely waited for 10 minutes we eventually had to call someones attention to show us the products. besides the fact they couldnt even explain their own products they kept running away to other parts of the store to chat among themselves without even giving us complete information about the products we wanted to purchase. After about 30 minutes, I was fed up and left telling the sales person that he just lost about 18K worth of sales due to poor service. The person at the counter and the salesperson just shrugged their shoulders saying haaaan, ab Kay karenge . there is no dedicated parking for this store - you will have to park on the very busy and narrow SV road will puts your vehicles are great risk but more importantly, they do not have home delivery. everything you purchase, you will have to carry home yourself including large items like gas stoves and hub tops.I would recommend avoiding this store and purchasing these products at lower prices online where products are home delivered. There is absolutely to benefit in visiting this store.
